Set up was easy and she was able to navigate with little training. Overall, pretty good value for the cost. I'd also consider/recommend this phone as an inexpensive holdover if you need something functional before your current contract runs out. I would have given this a much better review but Best Buy / Verizon did not honor the $5 off/month promotion that was advertised on this particular model.

Also was able to disable somethings to simplify phones use. Samsung should develop a senior setting to ease the use of their phones. There is a large market out there for senior products that is mostly ignored. Great phone so far.
