Went from g4 to galaxy note 4 and i love this phone its great it's better then my laptop use it as a scanner watch tv on it email camera is excellent takes better pictures then my digital camera does everything plus I am so glad i upgraded to this phone

I Think that the phone was Great at First good size screen for movie watching when you're on the go. But the internal antenna broke and the phone went done hill. but Besides that good phone to have awesome features on the phone camera amazing very clear pictures also battery life very bad need to charge twice a day.

this phone is great! The screen is the best bc it big and has great resolution. The is great for surfing the web but still being able to read the pages, which can be harder with smaller phones.

The Galaxy Note 4 is simply an awesome phone. The features on this phone are second to none and I would absolutely recommend to anybody that utilizes technology. If you are only looking for a phone to talk and text then this phone is not for you.

This phone is a miracle worker is very easy to see and it's very user friendly. Not to mention you can add memory to it because it does still have an SD slot for memory cards which is something that the new upgrades don't have anymore.

Got great service at Best Buy when I was looking for a phone. Got to play with this one for awhile and finally decided to purchase it. Great choice, the camera takes beautiful photos, and the display is amazing. Best Samsung phone yet!

I have had the phone for about three weeks and I just love it. It is fast and looks great. It is also a tough phone. Just yesterday I accidentally dropped it down some concrete stairs. It bounced about 10 feet down the stairs and should have been trashed but it was still 99.9% unscathed. There was a slight scratch on one corner and a little scratch on the bottom. You wouldn't even notice the scratches if you were not looking for them. There was not a case on it. The phone was so new when I got it that there were not many cases available.

Great phone. Highly recommend, have the iPhone 6 jumbo for work and this is def better.

I was debating on getting this or the iPhone 6 Plus. I'm glad I chose the Note 4. I was a Note 2 user and liked it until it slowed down and had some issues there in the end. This one is slim, compact, fast and has great resolution. Plus I was pretty familiar with the functions, with a few minor adjustments.

Nice phone with good battery life. But a good battery life requires managing apps, turning off apps that will drain the battery, and bog down memory...and make the phone less fun... Delete unnecessary apps, disable apps you don't need.

I've never used a Galaxy Note prior to this purchase, but, I'm extremely happy with it. I live the size, the photos and the battery life.

Best note Samsung has come out to date. Quick response, watching movies is breath taking. I compare the note 3 to note 4 huge difference.

This phone is an upgrade from the Note II. I didnt think it was possible to improve on the Note II but I was wrong. This phone has too many upgrades to list. It is amazing!

I originally went with the Galaxy 6 because the specs indicated it was better than the Note4 in many ways. I wasnt impressed with my purchase. It wasnt different than the Galaxy3 in my opinion. Internet connection was bad. Switched to the Note4 and it has been fun learning about the features. I have been very happy with my decision to switch.

i hate that i cannot surf the web and be talking on my cell phone at the same time unless i am connected to wifi. it is taking some getting used to after a month to text with both hands. my hands are not big enough to text with one hand and hold the phone at the same time.

I got this phone because I didn't want to spend too much on the newer note so I only paid $1 for this phone and got a $100 giftcard to use! So far this is the best phone I own. No major problems so far. Sometimes it glitches and has to restart, but the battery life is pretty long! I also love how it comes with a Fast Charging Charger.

It's a great phone, the camera is great and is easy to use.

I choose this phone mainly for the ability to write on photo/doc using the built in software/stylus. I work in security field and often have to take photo for incidents. Although a photo says a thousand words, a few hand written notes right on the photo helps with describing what the photo is showing after a few months has passed by.
