DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE SPRINT!

The phone itself is a power house a complete monster best phone I've had yet in the Galaxy series. I love it as a phone. But with Sprint you get the Sprint Sparq which they say is the new fast reliable LTE! It's decent but you can't receive multimedia messages (picture or group or long) you can't facebook or social media or surf the web while the phone is being used for a phone call. I actually wish I had known this prior to getting this phone. I would have stayed with the Note 3 I had. Not a whole bunch of differences the phones are similar. There are actually a few things that are happening with my 1 month old phone that are making me have to take it in to get looked at. The screen is not nearly as responsive as my note 3. I have to tap multiple times in the gallery to get the different albums to open. Response times are all about the same no major differences.

I do like the larger screen, but the phone itself is a bit big and hard to adjust to. The only real issue I have is that the speaker for the phone does not work well. My daughter, husband and myself have all recently went to the note 4 from an iPhone and the calls all break up when using the speaker phone.

I have been using the note series since the Note 2 and am impressed every time with the next model. Screen looks great and i am getting used to the fingerprint reader for locking the screen.

I am literally in love with this phone. it not only has a great battery life, but the redesigned functionality of the Note Series heightens the overall value of the phone. The new Android 5.0 update the phone not only runs better, but the overall features and functionality make this a must have gadget.

My previous phone was much smaller and fit nicely in my pocket. Even though the Note 4 is much larger than my previous phone, the Note feature would be a tool for work meetings and notes. so I took the chance. The size of the phone fits well in my pocket and is non-conspicuous as I move; the Note function is excellent. It is great to have one unit that is both the phone and a high functioning note pad that will link to my computer. The battery charge lasts a day with a significant amount of phone usage and the phone itself moves smoothly through its various features while in talk mode. Definitely a "yes"! An excellent purchase.

I upgraded from the Note 3. I love this phone. I am still getting used to the adjustment of a button on the phone being moved; however, it has been a perfect phone and is incredibly fast.

Upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to Note 4 for only $1. It's an awesome phone. The only thing that i don't like is that if I'm on a call, I can't use the internet at the same time.

.Was very disappointed that the Note 5 did not have a removeable battery or sd card slot. Researched my options and it was a no brainer to get the Note 4. Great phone, beautiful display, don't need the extra 'bump' in specs the Note 5 has, I'm not a power user, I just wanted a decent phone, with expandable memory and changeable battery. You can't go wrong with the Note 4.

I was part of the pre-order madness back on 10/10/14 didnt get phone till like 10/27/14 that was terrible experience that Best Buy dropped the ball big time! However BB still has the best deal for mobile phones so they get my business got the note 4 for $50.00 plus tax. The phone is fantastic. Fast and sharp looking screen and just can handle anything you can throw at it. Just dont throw the phone, its not military grade material you know.

Phone is incredible, except that it doesn't often do what a phone is supposed to do...which is make calls and text. We bought two. One for my husband and one for myself. Mine has significant problems connecting--it is constantly roaming for signal. I can be standing next to someone with the same service and STILL have no bars. Everything has been tried. The phone randomly launches programs and drops battery life very quickly--sometimes. I have contacted sprint, who sent me to their corporate store technicians --they say that it is a defect. I tried going back to Best Buy at day 9. (14 day return policy). They did not have any more of the phone...nor could you order it. Their suggestion was that I send it to Samsung or return it to the store and wait for the next shipment. BUT THAT WOULD MEAN I'M WITHOUT A PHONE. As a store manager of TWO big box stores doing $20 million in sales, I would argue that I need my phone because my staff and my boss need to get hold of me. Plus I have no home phone. So I left my info for the store manager to contact me, but have not received contact. The phone works sometimes, but I don't think I should have to deal with a phone that works sometimes and neither should anyone else--If Best Buy doesn't stand by a product that didn't make it 9 days and expects people to go without their livelihood, its a problem. I can't imagine treating MY customers like that--and why would I get my next ANYTHING there? In the last 12 months I have purchased 3 laptops, 2 phones, 2 tablets, 5 bluetooth earpieces including my last at $129. I purchased 2 galaxy gear watches and numerous accessories. I have purchased protection plans. Just prior to, I purchased 2 tv's, an xbox, and numerous games, accessories, 2 gaming mice, 2 gaming headsets, and all sorts of other things. Check my history--I'm a darn good customer and I want other things because I am a tech person....but when I can't get a simple thing like a phone to work in 9 days and YOU CAN'T EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK, THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. IT SHOULD BE YOURS. Do you think I will buy my daughters phones there when they are eligible in April? What about the next 2 televisions I want to buy for my new house? How about the Gear S that I keep checking your website expecting to see in stock...maybe...if Sprint and Samsung get their act together with you. Guess I need to go elsewhere to get the Infinim headphones that I was going to purchases for a couple of family members. While I know I am one customer, I am a good one. And have been a loyal one. I want my phone to work. And this one is roaming....all day, every day.

This is more like having a computer in your pocket. It does everything. Hardly even use my tablet or lap top any more. The screen is large enough to watch a movie on. best phone yet!

man was this ever an upgrade from the galaxy s3. this phone is quick, easy to use, and has enough memory to do everything im working on without any lag. it works great on wifi calling and on sprint spark. only dtaw back is the lack of cases, haf the phone now for over a month and the first couple of weeks it was tough to find one. finally found otterbox in bestbuy and the fit is great and makes the phone feel much more secure in my hand.
