After tossing around the idea of purchasing a Galaxy Note 4 or 5 I decided to go with the 4 due to the ability to take the back off and insert my memory card. That was sooooo the deal breaker for me but I know of some that love their Note 5 just as much.

Great phone with alot of features. I love the video and picture quality the most.

Screen is awesome. New Multi windows, and much more. Over a month and no issues, battery is lasting good as well.

Works good overall. I do not like the fact that certain aps continue to pop up

I like everything on this cell, the graphics, the camera, the fast charging and the s pen notebook technology.

This is my second Samsung Note. I went from note2 into the note4. Really enjoying it. The sevice I received at Best buy really made the transition simple. I would definitely do it again. THANKS

I love this new Note 4. The power, speed and feel of it is nice. The battery power is excellent as well. Can't wait to see what the Note 5 will bring.!!!

If you do an upgrade and have the geek squad protection they do not stop your charge on the old phone when you switch. So make sure that you call to have then old protection cancelled or you will be charged for both.

Traded my Galaxy S3 for this phone, couldn't have been happier. Will keep this for 2 years. I could get the Note 5, but will wait for yhe Note 6 because the Note 5 didn't add too many new features from this one in my opinion to change phones.

My Galaxy Note 4 is awesome. The features allow me to navigate hassle free.

Very nice phone! The pen is a very practical touch. Very handy to take notes on the go or just doodle to kill some time. I recommend this to anyone who wants a very good all around phone.

Love my Note 4 since i traded in my Note 2 for $200 at best buy Samsung promotion. This was a huge upgrade. Fast charging, battery life, awsome camera, S-Pen, and a premium feel in the hand.

I upgraded from the Note 1 to this phone. Huge difference in clarity, performance and overall quality of the phone. This by far the best phone I've ever used. Would highly recommend it if you're considering upgrading or getting a new phone

My old s4 was trash. This phone never freezes or powers off for no reason.

Like this new phone. The staff took the time to ask about how I use a phone and discuss pro's and con's which is very reassuring when buying something that costs this much. Recommend both product and the staff at the Martinsburg WV store.

The Note 4 has a beautiful display, long lasting battery and the multi screens work flawlessly for increased productivity . I migrated from an iPhone and haven't looked back. It can be a little slippery to hold so some kind of case is a must IMO.

The Note 4 is absolutely fantastic. It's got everything - speed, battery life; it's like a pocket PC.

Phone is good overall in regard to hardware performance. Hardware durability sucks big time, cheap made in Vietnam craftsmanship. Dropped the phone once and broke everything (screen, camera, board and back cover.) My Galaxy S3 was built like a tank and this one is definitely a lot less rugged. Some apps are not compatible that were compatible with the S3, S4 models.
