I love that I can get my Sprint phones at Best Buy, and usual at a better price than Sprint. I also get better customer service and expert help from the Samsung representative and the Geek Squad.

Love this phone, the screen is hugh and the processors move extremely fast.

I previously had the Note II. I was going to get the Galaxy S5 but could not find any. Ended up with the Note 4, and have not been disappointed.

Coming from the HTC one to this was great thing to.do. I had many HTC phones but after many speaker issues with the One I will never go back . Samsung really did agreat job with this phone!!$$$

The Note 4 is a great investment and has crystal clear quality and resolution. It is extremely user friendly.

Had GS5 didnt care for it... seems has issues. Was thinking Note5 but without external memory or battery change capabilities?? Wasnt an option. So went Note4 so far so good.. No issues..

My wifes Galaxy S3 gave up the ghost and we decided to go ahead and upgrade her to the Note 4. She loves it! When my Note 2 goes to cell phone heaven the Note 4 will be my next phone

I upgraded my phone from the Galaxy Note 2 to the Galaxy Note 4. Normally by the time I'm eligible for an upgrade, I'm more than ready to switch off my phone but I can honestly say I still love my note 2. Don't get me wrong I'm glad that I upgraded I'm just saying that the Galaxy Note phone will forever be my top favorite. I'll have my iPad right next to me and still be on my phone searching the web because it's so user friendly and easy

So far so good. The camera is great and the screen resolution is terrific. So no complaints thus far!

I love the note! Been a galaxy user from the beginning but was having issues with my s5, tried the iphone 6 for 1 day, hated it!!! Went back and hit the note, ong best phone ever!

The Note 4 was a great upgrade from my previous note 2. The best buy lease deal was also great to avoid purchasing a phone that u can't sale back or not worth the buy back money.

Overall this is a great phone. When I first purchased the Note 4 I had to get a replacement because of the speaker. This is the only negative I have about this phone. The speaker cuts in and out. I would give the phone a 3.5 because I use it so much when multitasking, but aside from that a 5.

I love this phone, it have great picture quality and is easy to use. Lots of features

The screen is big and nice for media. I couldn't get used to the S Pen though and found it not necessary. I returned the phone for something a little smaller, as I also didn't want to try and run with such a big phone on my arm.

This is the best phone I have owned. It is like a phone built into a tablet. I LOVE IT!!!!!!

My Galaxy Note 4 is perfect for everyday things. Reminders, picture taking , navigating and texting. This phone is must have for someone on the go and busy or even normal life schedule. I like the car mode feature which helps when you are driving so you don't have to hold the phone.
