Its amazing all that you can do with this phone. The best thing is that you can always go back and ask if you need help & they are always there to help make it easier to understand. Samsung even offer classes to learn more.

Needs to be a little stronger. Phone locks for no reason and then go back to start up screen

Excellent phone. Still haven't found all the features. I'm not an instruction manual guy, as I like to find things through trial and error. But so far, very happy.

I had the Note 3, but it pales in comparison to this. All the apps are much better too. Everything is clearer and much more colorful. I have it set up perfectly. The Notes are the best. Worth every penny.

I love my new phone. I'm still learning all of the options. It's hard to put the phone down because it has everything I would want in a phone and more.

I had the Note 2 and upgraded to the Note 4. What a difference! The S Health app is great and the changes to the stylus software is a big improvement.

Awesome phone no complainants. I have owned this line of galaxy phone since the first epic was released. Love the improvements from the note 2. Buy all our phones from Best Buy, can't beat the deals!

Coming from a S3, the note 4 is everything i could ask for and more. If i had maybe 1 complaint, its the keyboard is better operated with the S pen than thumbs, and thats a little disappointing.

I am really enjoying the Note IV. I love the new camera features and the ability to use two screens at once.

Phone is very hard to wake up once screen goes black. Have to remove battery periodically b/c phone locks up. Too many steps to go thru in order to delete calls and favorites. Cannot use Internet while on phone call. Would rather go back to the s3

I basically do everything from phone i love it...now with video editing apps i can even make fun movies and slideshows which i used to have to do on computer or laptop

Im an Android person, I really like the like the note 4, the size, haven't had any problems with this phone. I'm thinking about getting the note 9.

Great upgrade for me, my office on the road and even though I couldn't get all of the rebates I should have instead I got runaround, I'm happy

The features on this phone are just unbelievable. It's by far the best phone I've had yet and phones are my weakness. It's only raising the standards of the future.
