I got home with my new phone and I couldn't get any reception, apps didn't work right, all I had was trouble with sprint service. I kept it 4 days and I went to Tmobile and ask them to buy my contract and I now have a note 4 with them, service is great I love it

I had a Note 2 and really wasn't looking to upgrade...but with all the credits, I couldn't resist. This phone is amazing...large clear screen, super clear camera, ez to use, endless options...everything you want in a phone. I ended up buying one for me and one for my son.

I bought this phone for my wife who absolutely loved her Note3. With the Note4 she complained of always getting kicked out of her email accounts and various game apps. After a month, she returned her Note4.

Great for media and games, and as a phablet.

Although not pocket sized, it does fit inside latge jacket or cargo pockets, and with a case and holder it does have a comfortable spot on my hip - standing or sitting. Its size is great for handheld gaming, the screen is responsive, and sound it good. Same goes for media, streaming, viewing your vids taken with a great camera, or watching news videos, or whatever. If you use it a lot for bookkeeping, the screen may be too small. It is a phablet, not a tablet. However it has S Pen for those so inclined. It is now my life. It's that good.

I switched from an iPhone five and wanted to try the Samsung galaxy note but I found that the operating system is just not for me. The phone itself is nice but I just found it hard to function.

This is absolutely an awesome phone!!! I got it when it went on sale for $199 and couldn't be happier. It's fast, has a brilliant display, the camera is excellent, and the battery life is outstanding! This phone will be in my hands for quite a few years. I had the Note II and didn't need to upgrade since that phone was still excellent, but I'm glad I upgraded to the Note 4. This phone ROCKS!!!!!

    Samsung Support is Horrible

I am not a fan of Apple Products because of the limitations on expanding the memory of the phone. Because of that and because I like the Android operating system, I have been using Samsung phones for over 10 years (replacing them with a newer model every year or so). I have tried to keep my Note 4 longer that one year where I am now having issues with it. Unfortunately, what I have learned about Samsung is that its a cool product as long as it works. If you have any issues with the phone and need support, you are completely on your own. My family uses Apple phones and we are able to take the phones to a local Apple store where support will talk to you and have them fixed quite fast. Samsung has given me the run around even though I purchased a 2 year extended warranty directly through them and I am now using a very old phone because my Note 4 is not working properly. Going Apple

I absolutely loved this phone. It would have 5 stars if it wasn't for the recent marshmallow update. This update basically turned my phone into a paperweight. Thankfully it was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty b/c both sprint and best buy were going to charge me to fix this product. I had this phone for less than a year, it's physical condition was like new, but the software somehow messed up when the phone updated (which you can't stop the phone from doing). That being said, PROTECTION PLAN PURCHASERS BEWARE!!! Even it you phone has a software malfunction (not user error) you will still get charged the deductible... From what I read, my phone was one of the 10% that had this issue. Why no recall, or purchaser compensation like a new or refurbished Note 4?

I had the Samsung Galaxy S3 before the Note 4 so I'm familiar with Samsung and really like their phones. My S3 was my favorite phone ever until I got the Note 4. I love the screen size, the look, the long list of features and especially the S-Pen and it's many features. I like a lot more that I'm so used to that I can't think to mention it. It was fast and an all around awesome phone out of the box but I always have a need to root (hack, the Android version of jailbreak on the iPhone) any Android device I have which only makes it better. I do have to say that it's a very large phone and if you have small hands it may be a problem. This is definitely a two-handed phone but I find it very difficult to hold with one hand and use the touchscreen with the other. I use something called a FlyGrip (check out flygrip .com) to help me hold the phone comfortably. Without that I actually would've had to return the phone and I would've been devastated. I don't like the TouchWiz launcher but that's easy enough to fix by getting a new launcher, like Nova Launcher, which is way better. I definitely recommend the Galaxy Note 4.

I love the device if it's on any other carrier...with sprint using the spark network I cannot justify having a phone that doesn't support voice and data together. I had the phone a day and a half and returned it. Had to downgrade to the note 3. Not best buys fault...although I wish they would have given me a heads up.
