love it. nice big screen great camera. easy to use

This phone is amazing. I find something new to be awed about everyday. The battery is not as bad as reported. I had the phone unplugged all day, I was able to take pictures, post them to social media, played candy crush, checked email, and watched Netflix and I still had 45% of the battery at the end of the day. The battery charges in less than an hour. The only issue there maybe is the charger gets really hot. It takes great pictures, I like the burst shot feature, take a picture when the sun sets and you'll find out how amazing this camera is. I absolutely love that you can do multiple things at one time. I was able to place a phone call, take a picture, and text the picture all the while talking on the phone.

I have had my Galaxy Note 4 for some time now. There is always a learning curve with each product. Haven't really made use of the stylus yet. Only used it once to sketch out where to place things in a room. I loved the camera when I first got the phone but the latest OS update took away any options I prefer to use. I hope they bring them back. I like the fast charge feature. Size is great for a phone. I find the account settings difficult to navigate but like that you can place the ones you use on top with the quick settings. I also like being able to access my google drive items on the phone. I love the Samsung android phones because you can do so much with them & they make my life so portable.

I love the phone, works great, great camera, nice features. A little bit bulky for my front pocket but I like the larger screen. I also added a Unicorn Beetle Series protective case and anti glare screen protector kit... I also added a wallet case for business days..... Thanks

At first, I was hesitant to go from my Galaxy S4 - what I thought was already a big phone - to a Note series. I was also hesitant about going to Touchwiz again (honestly, I don't mind it that much). However, using KitKat and the latest versions of Touchwiz has reassured my choice over some of the other competitors. It is fluid and works very well. I love the extra screen real-estate and am no longer able to use a phone smaller. Overall, it is a great choice!

I am not fan of Samsung but this and stylus is super. I wonder why nobody else can make such amazing stylus as Samsung made. This phone is unique. And it is must have device.

I had a Samsung S4 and was due for an upgrade and was going between the Note 4 or the S6. I received a great offer on the Note4 through Best buy and love the purchase. I am still learning everything about the Note but think I will be keeping this for a while.

Fast, sharp and clear display, good sound quality. The large display makes email, texting, and even team viewing into my office computer, work for me. I find I don't carry my Samsung 10" tablet with me everywhere now!

I upgraded from my Note II and I love it! Much better camera, 4k video looks great, and buttery smooth UI. There are a few KitKat 4.4.4 UI changes that took some getting used to, but overall I would not go back. When I view the screen of my Note 2 side by side with my Note 4 there is a night and day difference. Battery life is good, Overall a happy customer here!

Im in love with my phone. I started with iPhone plus but i quickly traded it for the note 4. I am happy about my choice. Androids Rock

This phone is by far everything in one. I love everything about it. It is fast. The processor is awesome. I only buy Samsung products!

I upgraded from the galaxy s3 and boy what a difference. At first when i seen it i thought it was going be to big to fit into pants pockets but its fine. I love the screen the picture is awesome on this phone. Still learning it but definitely loving it..

Upgraded from a Samsung S3, what a difference it is from cell phone coverage to how fluid like the software is. Many people don't like touchwiz (Samsung user interface) but it's just a matter of getting use to it. Phone is so perfect so far, now I just can't wait to see how much more better Android 5.0 lollipop could make it. Battery life is simply amazing also

I like Samsung Galaxy note 4 is big screen phone good

I just received my Note 4 yesterday and I still learning a lot from this phone. I wasn't too happy about waiting this long to received my phone but it was worth it. And also the lady at the best buy mobile was very helpful and nice. I will recommend this phone to any one looking to get an upgrade.

I upgraded to this phone from the Note 2 and I'm happy I did. The phone is great and is the best phone out. I got it in black and it is sleek (Note 2 was white). The s-pen is so much better than the Note 2. This phone will compete with phones releasing next year and even the following year because the specs are just ridiculous on this device. The multi-tasking on this is untouched by others, just completely awesome. Quick charge is no joke. Go by the phone!

I love my new phone. It's big, just like I like it, and it has some excellent features. I love the way you still have apps going in the background so that you don't have to close one app to get to another then having to start all over again. I have had the Note 2 for 2yrs until Saturday, and it was, just as I expected, a great move. My 1 and only draw back is...They say it's suppose to be a 35hr battery. But I charged it up all night Saturday, took it off the charger at 7 Sunday morning, and at 10:30, I was down to 9%. Thats a LOOONNNGGG way from 35 hrs. It may be that I have a defected battery/phone, but I was really looking forward to having 35hrs of battery time.
