However, I have two gripes with it (one is partially resolved). The wifi was not staying connected. After reading this one online forum, I decided to give their suggestion a try and slap my phone. Well, lo and behold, it worked! Why I need to slap an almost $300 phone is beyond me, but at least whenever the wifi goes out, a few good slaps brings it back. The other issue is with the headphone connection. It does not work at all. Again, slapping helps but I'm tired of this method. There might be something loose in the back, but anytime I connect a headphone or aux cable to the phone, no sound comes out. I just think for such a pricey phone, it could be better made so consumers don't have to hurt their hands by slapping their phones needlessly. Other than that, good phone, great battery, ton of space for apps, runs smoothly and stylish.

I wanted a regular unlocked phone, but I received an AT&T unlocked phone instead. It's working well but the phone is full of AT&T apps that I don't use and need.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this phone when it was $189 on sale it came with Android 4.4.1 already on it how cool is that and you can upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmellow if you want ... also it says 3g in the Title but i have AT&T and it's running HSPA+4G and LTE...AMAZING ...BEST phone for the $$$ price out there what a bargain 16gb memory and 2gb RAM best Bang 4 Buck no matter where you look HUGE 5.5 in screen plus S pen write write on the phone your to do list, grocery list ,reminders what ever you want to write in the notes write on the phone using the S PEN again what an AMAZING PHONE you won't be disappointed !!!!

A really good phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only problem I have/had with this phone is not being able to keep a charge more than 7-8 hours, and when I put it on the charger seems like it takes forever to get a full charge. Other than that, the functionality is outstanding; as long as sprint doesn't drop calls with their limited number of towers in my area.
