I took a really long time to get a new phone and this one has the best feature set on an android phone.

Best phone ever so far! Wish they hadn't moved the power button but you get used to it pretty quickly.

Where do I start. Bought 2 one works great but the had some issues. Went to exchange it Atwater store only be told I was 2 hours to late to exchange it. Wow and if that wasn't enough found out that the bogo deal I was offered through AT&t was not goining be honored after first week of signing on verifing with 3 different At&t reps. month 3 told I was on wrong plan but assured switching to right plan everything would be fine. When it wasn't. Calling at&t every month for 8 months average 1.5 hours to discuss the problem only to be told "we can't" so I was stuck.

everything about this phone was excellent definitely loved the color

I waited too long to replace a much loved phone...now I say what old phone....love my new one!

Just what I wanted for a good price. Nice phone and buying with best buy was a smooth transaction.

The Aura White looks amazing and this phone allows me to control just about everything.

So I love the phone, but disappointed with the color. I wanted the aura glow, but when I went to order it, not available to order. Then I was told by a samsung rep at Best buy that this aura white is very nice and I was like oh I can settle for that color to me the color was like a pearly white that looked different colors in the light. So he convinced me to order that one. Then when it came in and I went to best buy and i was handed it after everything was transferred I noticed it was just white. I was so upset i would have just kept my orchid note 8 if I would have known, I love that color much better. I will be making a phone call to Samsung about this.

Great samsung the best everything is great overall it has all I need and more. Easy to understand.

Battery life not as expected, and phone internal speaker not very loud, and what it is really bad over $1000 paid for, and now stucked until pay off by a payment plan.

Best phone in its time. Still working Ike it did the first day. No issues ever.
