Upgraded from a note 8. This phone is much faster and bigger. The larger size is what I was looking for since I do a lot of work on the road with my phone. Only issue is the screen protector. Added bonus it comes with one but since the fingerprint scanner is on the screen I am unable to really use another one since there seems to be issues with using anything other than the one that comes with it. Other than that its been a good phone.

I was skeptical about paying so much for a phone , but it was a pretty big upgrade , coming from a Samsung Galaxy S5 . I shopped around during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals , and Best Buy had the best deal . So I ordered it online and picked it up in store . I've read mixed reviews on this phone , and I must say that I'm really happy that I bit the bullet and went with this phone . I charge it up at night before bed , and the battery lasts all day long . I rarely have to charge it up during the day . It takes excellent photos , operates fast , and soooo many features :)

First off, went to Best Buy in Daytona to buy the new Note 10 plus and Kasey took care of me. Top notch guy gave great A+ customer service. Now on with my review, it's hard to get super excited about cell phones these days especially when I got the 512GB which was $1,331.00 and My wife got the 256GB at $1200 so we're talking $2500 without cases, chargers act. For those that don't know this phone has a 45W chargers that's sold separately for $50 or you can stick with the 25W that comes with it. I know everybody is like OMG it's incredible it's amazing BUT for the money it should be a great performer with a great build shouldn't it? My Note 9 was a decent phone as well which cost the same when it was released. So I just don't see the hype, loading files is definitely faster going from the 2.1 to the 3.0 another thing i should mention is the charger is "C" to "C" now it's not C to USB anymore. The fingerprint scanner on the front is nice but no surprise, no headphone Jack but I haven't used one of those in more than ten years so no biggie for me. To all the people complaining about it, you don't have to buy expensive bluetooth headphones just get the adapter. Performance is great as expected lots of new features like connecting to a Windows 10 computer. The cameras everyone is going crazy over, I mean it's a phone not a Nikon but the pics and video look great. If you have a Note 9 I would hold out until next year by one then for half the price

Great to have 512gb of internal. Decent speed and plenty of ram. Decent camera performance, I still prefer my DSLR for high quality photos but this does decent for something quick. Runs my DJI for my drone without issue i've had issue with connectivity and just running apps with other androids which is why I prefered to use my iOS devises. I still haven't used it with my Gopro or Nikon app since I recently bought a new laptop for photo editing. The only issues i've had is holding the phone without touching the display that curves around is a pain and the fingerprint sensor location should be more pronounced or located on the side or just anywhere that is easily found or offer a decent second biometric option. face unlock on this is not secure at all you can use a photo of me to unlock it.

Ok, so I have only had this phone a couple weeks so keep that in mind. It is huge! Which I like, but can be hard to carry around. The cameras are amazing, the space is amazing 512 internal and I added a 512 micro sd, so I should run out anytime soon. Love the cameras and what they can do. It's a great phone. I dont love that you have to double tap to wake up, or that the power button is on the other side. Some things already work and don't need changing. I am sure when I get used to it it wont bother me so much, but right now it can be mildly irritating. Battery is way better than my s8 and it has more features. Overall I am more than satisfied, although when I think about the price I feel a bit differently. I do like the pen, although I dont use it much yet. My kids love to draw with it.

I'm incredibly impressed with the Note 10+! Call quality is excellent. Camera quality in every kind of light is superb. The extra RAM ensures that the phone never stutters or slows down. I have a 512 GB storage card in addition to the 512 GB internal storage. Plenty of room for my many photos, videos and high quality audio files. So much more versatile than my iPhone XS Max. I love this phone!

Great job. Looks like they incorporated quite a bit. Pix are terrific and screen is bright and clean. Wish they had better instructions for the pen. It can do a lot however it also can be somewhat confusing. Haven't gotten it straight yet. Having 12 GB of ram is EXCELLENT. It's a fast runner with multiple apps open. The size is purfect. Best Buy folks were great getting me set up.

I love that Samsung has finally stepped up their game by having a phone with better camera, faster speed, better video quality, and more gigs. Most people would think this phone is expensive but you get what u pay for. If u want better quality u have to spend more money. Thanks samsung

This phone has so many features, I don't know where to start. I love the big screen and the massive amount of storage it offers. The battery is excellent and lasts all day, even when using the phone in full brightness. Overall great phone.

I have been a Note user from the earlies version. I realize this makes me more than a little bias. After all the issues with the Note released a few versions back this is a very welcome release. For me the biggest changes were the loss of the retinal scanner which was the biggest mistake EVER and moving the fingerprint reader to the front of the phone -- 2nd biggest mistake ever. Other than those REALLY big things the phone is faster and has more storage available. Now if only they will undo the 2 big mistakes.

This phone is amazing even after I had it for over a year it is still the best phone I ever bought. The great this about this phone is it still works just as great as it did when I first bought it and it's super fast clean picture if you decide to get this over a newer model you will not be disappointed with this.

I did expect some changes when I upgraded from my S6 to this phone, but I did not expect features to be removed. For instance, The full contact display and sort options are still available in Contacts, but they are not available in messages. The screen size is great for those of us with aging eyes, and the size of the keyboard is enough larger to make my typing better. I also noticed a significant increase in the speed at which things happen.

I had the galaxy S10 plus and missed my note 9 so when this released I had to get it and I am glad I did. There’s just something about a note that no other phone can compare to. In my opinion it’s a worthy upgrade to the S line. The phone has great battery life and a great build quality you won’t be disappointed

Yes, it's faster. Yes, it has more memory. Yes, it's good looking. Yes, it has a great camera. But what a pain transfering my info and applications. When I look back at the minimal increases in performance (compared to the Note 8) I should have thought this out more. Lesson learned!!

To this day, I have felt there was a conspiracy against, at that time, the superior Note 7, when it first came out. Apple had similar battery problems at the time, but you heard little about it or the severity. To this day, people still joke about battery fire and I show them the facts: "There were fewer than 10 reports of the Note 7 catching fire before the company issued a global recall, at huge expense to its reputation and bottom line." Some iPhones blew up in delivery trucks, burned cars, and panicked young girls at the thought of having to give up their iPhone. At last, the superior Note 10+is back where it belongs... on top. Aimed at power users, the features in conjunction with the new One UI v.1.5 unleash advancements that will take a while to learn and master... the potential is overwhelming. 3D animation, remote control,AR Doodle, PowerShare, handwriting to text... the list goes on and on. Like I mention to iPhone users: "My Note is allergic to fingers; don't touch the screen."

This phone has power to spare and a great battery life. It will do anything you need a connected device for. Big, but doesn't overwhelm your hand. Cameras are very good and had plenty of features.

The phone is super fast and runs my new and old favorite apps perfectly. I do recommend you watch the YouTube videos to learn how to fully take advantage of the great photo options.

It is super fast with amazing storage capabilities well well worth the $4 a month upgrade to 512gb. Easy to use . Would recommend to anyone that has had a Galaxy phone

I'm in love with my new Note 10+!! I'm glad I went for the 512gb because I need it with all the pictures I'm taking with the awesome camera. I don't have any complaints.

This phone is up and above any phone I have ever owned. I am not an iPhone fan. I was a BlackBerry fan then had to switch. I chose Samsung Galaxy s3, then note 4, and then note 8. I thought the note 8 was excellent. I had planned on keeping it a long time as I did my note 4, (3 years). Had my note 8 8months. Walked into Best Buy to get a new bluetooth ear piece. Sales person started showing me the note 10 + and what it could do. He offered me 300.00 for my note 8 + 150.00 coupon from Samsung. I was sold and immediately preordered one. It does everything as promised and more.
