Bought a Samsung note 10 and sprung for the 170 dollar geek squad protection because it is a pretty expensive phone and stuff happens, right? 2 months later the battery won't charge because a bad sensor thinks it's too cold. No problem. I have geek squad protection. Now I don't feel so stupid getting it. Take it to best buy. "oh, we can't repair Samsung phones. But because you were dumb enough to pay us once, maybe you'd also cough up a 200 dollar deductible and we can then replace the faulty phone we sold you." I might be paraphrasing a little. But that was the gist of it. Now I'm without a phone for two weeks while it goes to Texas and back and I'm wondering what the heck my $170 bought me.

I have had this phone for about 6 months now and the battery has gone bad already. Battery life was very good at first. This morning it went from 100% to 20% after 2.5 hours of screen time, with the brightness less than 50%. Also I absolutely hate that samsung has removed the option to turn off volume sync for bluetooth. The lowest volume is still too loud on my favorite pair of headphones. Why get rid of the option to turn off volume sync?? Honestly this alone will make me unlikely to recommend any Samsung phone. I hate media volume sync, give me back the option to turn it off please.

I bought note 10 but later on i found out that there was no factore screen protector on the phone, also, is the second time in a month of use that gives me notification of over heat, im concern after paying a thousand bucks and is not returnable anymore.

Phone worked really well for the first 9 months then I showed that there was a low temp in charging port . I sent it into Samsung to have it fixed & when it returned it would not take a sim card. Tried to send it back to Samsung to belied again within a week of a few days of getting it back & then they said it was "beyond economical repair". It was still under warranty & they refused to fix it ! Very dissatisfied! Have since had to purchase a new phone!

This my second Galaxy phone after exactly one year automatically shutdown, I don't know why ?!!!!!!! I guess it's Samsung's policy to buy new and updated phones. I'm thinking about opening a lawsuit at the court ?
