Will not buy again went back to the iPhone .................

Very small, not at all what I expected could barely hear of it.

I bought this one for my gf friend and she loves it!!

Hello - my box was delivered today. I am excited to set it up however the headset was not in the package. Do I return the box and will I get another set that's complete or maybe mail me the headset please? thanks!

The fingerprint sensor is very weak, you have to try 3_4 times. The speaker sound not clear when you listen to music load. You need to have the volume half way so is not gonna bother your ear. If it's max volume you think any time the speaker will blow. Any way very bad experience and very bad customer service. Very disappointed

It was great at first , then you use it and eventually I am not able to take screen shots or use the phone for work, or social media with out having to around 10 min or more for notifications to clear out , like I erased a message . It won't let me write with out seen a recent notification pop up on the middle of the screen and not been able to see what I write until 10 minutes later or so when the notifications are gone.

I'm pretty much agree with what the 1st reviewer said. I opted for N10 because I like to use my phone one-handed most of the time. N10+ is just impossible to do so unless you have huge hand. Also N10+ is not very "pocketable"...it's literally stick out almost half of the phone in my back pants pocket. I compared the both phone screens side by side at Best Buy with their max resolution and same brightness setting, I can not see a different even looked closely. Both screens have rich color, deep contrast, and same sharpness. However, I did noticed the color temperature are slightly different between these 2 screens. The only con that I can think of is the battery size/life...3500 is just a bit small for a $950 phone. It barely last me a full day of moderate usage, such as web browsing, emails, chats, a few YouTube songs in car, and a few quick game times (approx. 5 mins each time)...etc. The battery life is not as good as I hoped for...it's slightly poor than my Essential Ph-1. Overall it's a 4.5 stars for me. I like the new features that Samsung offers. The S pen is fun to use, and can use as a remote control to take pics..no need to carry another BT remote. I also like the intergraded 3 lenses with different focal length, quite handy for some quick creative shots. Image quality is pretty good too, better than Ph-1. I recommend checking out both phones side by side at Best Buy to see which one fit you best before spending a grand on a phone :)

Twice, it has stopped charging with an error message that the device is too cold to be charged. I have sent it in for repair once and Samsung wants me to send it in again, without consideration for having no phone during the repairs.

Since the first month, the pen stopped working. After a year, the screen stopped responding. Tried to reset, still doing the same thing, some parts of the screen work, some not. unfortunately I did not have insurance on it. More than $800 just last one year.

Been waiting for my phone to come in , which by the way was a day late. Then I get it and I turned it on and that's all it did wont turn off just stays on the black screen that says Samsung.. I expected more from Best Buy...

It came effective and always restarts when I'm using it. It just freezes and shuts down. i recommend another phone for the amount of money.

Great phone. Four years now and still great. Low on radiation levels and Very nice camera. I love this phone still. Will continues to buy my phones through Best Buy.

I love this phone. I have always loved samsung phones. The biggest issue I have with the phone is the battery. Every samsung phone I have ever owned has had horrible battery life. Get with it Samsung and improve your batteries! The $250 Motorola phone I have has amazing battery life! My friend who has an iPhone goes days without charging her phone. I feel that a thousand dollar phone should surpass a 250 on every level, including the battery life. On another note, this phone's camera is by far the best I've ever had. I absolutely love it. The photos come out very clear and look great. The speaker is also fantastic and the best I've ever had. With any phone I've owned I've always had to have headphones on to be able to hear if the room wasn't completely quiet. Now I can lay down with my fan on and hear whatever I'm watching on my phone without the headphones. I am at a catch 22 with the new fingerprint scanner. I like it but I hate it at the same time. It is easier to get to with my phone mounted in the car but sometimes it is a pain to get it to read your print. Overall I absolutely love the phone I just wish Samsung would step it up with their batteries!!!

I didn't realize the Note 10's were on sale also..I had purchased an S10...loved the looks & feel...but I returned for the Note 10..More Memory + having use of a Pen..always wanted one!!

I am very pleased to have bought this smartphone, it really does what it says. The pictures are amazing!
