I didn't want to worry about monthly payments & interest charges. The best option for me was to purchase the phone & 2 year warranty at the same time. Compared to the cost at T-mobile + the required insurance, I save a few hundred. The phone works great for the things I need it to do, very reliable.

I upgraded from a Note 9 & in less than a day regret it. It gets hot disturbingly fast & because I didn't do my homework, I realized it's the only one of the S20 line that DOESN'T have a microSd slot...miss it already. I had slot of hard to find music on my SD card. The graphics are nice, but my Note 9 wasn't bad, so nothing major there. I wish I'd sprung for the Ultra, which I still.may. Buyer beware & do your homework before buying! Not impressed.

I loveeee my new phone! The stylus is probably the best part.

Good overall look and feel. This is my 1st Galaxy phone And so far I am mostly pleased I've been having many issues with a talk to text feature that I have not had with other phones in the past so I do not know if this is a Galaxy issue Or an android issue. I did buy this phone during a special deal and certainly would not purchase it at regular price

Didn't come in the color I requested. I was told it had to be gray as that was what Sprint accepted (Why would they care what color I had? I didn't know the color changed ahead of time. The associate set up my phone. She said it was done. On the way home, I got a call on my old phone. It took 3 addition days to get it fixed.

I was happy with the phone until i went to plug in my aux cord in my car and realized I can no longer enjoy my music while driving... I spend alot of time in the car and didn't expect samsung to get rid of that feature. If it weren't for the $50 return fee I would've exchanged.

I love my Samsung - Galaxy Note20 5G 128GB. My only problem with it is I seem to accidentally pop the stylus out all the time, causing me to lose it. I have to keep a waterproof case on it so the stylus has a cover so I don't lose it.

over all great phone, switched from apple for the stylus, most of the apps are the same anyhow, not much of a change, i wish the facial recognition worked faster but over all happy with the phone!

I'm still learning the features but so far I really like this phone. It was easy to switch all my content from old phone. I really enjoy the features of the pen and camera.
