    This phone is so nice and runs fast internet. My hotspot provides 50-100 Mbps internet through Sprint. It is a great phone.

    Phone itself is great. However, not happy with best buy. They were supposed to send me an email with instructions on how to send them my old phone and I never got the email. Afraid I'm going to get charged extra from sprint now

    I love this phone!!! I am a huge Samsung fan and this is just another great product. The only thing I can say is a little hard to use is the finger print sensor.

    This is a Great phone. I am still learning about the new features. So far the 5g connection is by far the best. Less dropped calls and dead zone experiences.

    Phone is great. I purchased the phone online the beginning of April and Sprint still has not received the contract. I called and was on hold with Geek Squad for over 45 minutes to have the issue resolved. The service rep let me know that she would take care of it and I would not have to continue to hold any longer. A week later and Sprint still does not show anything regarding the contract. I guess I got a free phone? Frustrating!

    Its a good phone but really not much different to me than the note 9 I just replaced with it. Maybe a power user will notice a difference?
