Love this phone it was for my husbands birthday!!!!!

Switched from apple to android a couple of years ago with a low end smart phone. A few months ago I was ready to upgrade and wanted a note, but decided to wait until this beauty was released. It was definitely worth the wait. It's an incredible device, and hands down the best phone I've ever had.

Well people couldn't hear me for almost 2 years defected phone :(

I went in planning to buy an unlocked Galaxy S20. Found an open-box Note 20 and went for it. Same size. Less expensive. Did more research after I got home, and the camera is rated better than the S20. The transfer of data and apps from my old phone (S7) was pretty quick and easy even without a cable. Really happy with my purchase, and I'm loving my new phone.

Best phone yet. Screen quality is amazing and the Camera is the best I have yet to see. The operating system is quick and reliable and the cell signal is noticeably more reliable then my last Samsung. You have to choose between convenient one handed use or the bigger screen with this model. I am pleased that I chose the bigger screen.

Simply, the best phone on the market! No matter what it is compared to, it will edge out any other phone on the market. So while it might not be significantly better than what you own now, it WILL BE BETTER and it WILL EDGE IT OUT BY A NOSE at the finish line. Today it is numerous uno!

so happy with this phone. It's the first time I bought an unlock phone before. I normally by from the carrier phones. I can't tell the difference. It does all that I need for it to do and more. The camera takes great pictures and I'm even more excited that I can say a word while the camera is on and it will take the picture... yeah

I love this phone. I have had no problems with this phone I love the large display. I am still learning new things about this phone most of the time I find it by accident. I love working with the S pen. It is easier for me to convert a PDF to a word document on this phone then it is on my computers. Love my phone

I'm always happy with the newest Note. There are so many features to this phone I find something new every day. The color is beautiful. I can't put this thing down. It's super fast and powerful. You won't be disappointed. If you don't want to spend the extra money the Note 10 is still a fantastic phone and does most of the same things this phone can do.

This is a great phone! I love the ability to take a quick note with the screen off! Also, I love the screen's quality. However, I wish you could have a 120 HZ refresh with WQHD instead of FHD. Also, I wish the messaging was a lot like imessage, and I wish the battery life was a little bit better, but for now, it should get you through a full day. The camera is leaps and bounds better than the galaxy S20 ultra with it's addition of the laser auto focus.

I would give it a 4.5 if I could. Doesn’t deserve a 4 though. If you like the Note series, you wont be disappointed. Adaptive display is nice. I’m going to elaborate on the battery life, because it is the only negative I have come across. I lost 12% just setting up the phone, which took around 30 minutes. In the phones defense, I was running a lot of updates. We will see if it improves with normal use. Battery isn’t terrible, but it is definitely a downgrade so far. Don’t be fooled by the reviews saying they got 2 days from moderate use. Even at 60Hz you aren’t going to get 2 days out of moderate use.

I have no regrets on this purchase. Really satisfied!!

My wife likes this phone. Camera is pretty good. Only 4 stars for lack of 3.5 jack. Battery life is great.

Awesome device, this is the second one that I purchase from Best Buy, I must say to this date I have been very lucky, I have listen to buyer who have purchase from other retailer and heard their horror stories, somehow I have been very bless, got my Note 9 from here and now my Note 20 Ultra, to make a long story short the note might be the last Samsung device I will purchase, I heard they are removing the abilities to have a flash card install to help with the storage, I must admit that I won't be going to apple either, just not a lover of the apple phone, so I will be searching for a new home for my mobile needs, just have to see what out there, so if I get at least 3 or 4 years out of this devices, I will feel that I got my money worth, got my Samsung note 8 which I can't get no new update and now my note 9 have felt off getting software update, so this should tell everyone something, update and keep your phone safe seem to be like a two maybe three period with the manufactory of the device, which I feel isn't right, at least the computer company give updates on their driver all the time.
