phone is a lot faster than note 4 and visually looks better than note 4. having some issues sometimes with bluetooth connection with my car. other than that its a pretty good phone.

I bought the phone for my girlfriend and she loves it. Her only complaint really is that she doesn't like that u can't add any sd card for extra storage EVER

I've exclusively used Samsung phones for at least the last ten years because they're typically very high quality however I'm not impressed with the Note 5 to say the least. A removable battery and expandable SD memory are some of the typical features that have now been removed. The phone itself is very fragile. I didn't even have the phone 24 hours or a chance to get a case before dropping it for the first time which cracked the LCD but not the glass itself. You wouldn't think one 3' drop (at very most) would've caused over $375 in damage. It makes my old Note 3 seem indestructable. It's been repaired twice now and I'm afraid to even look at the dang thing without it breaking. Not impressed at all..

I bought this phone because my Note 4 had crashed during an upgrade. I like this phone so much more. It has a lot of great new features that I am still finding out how to use. My only issue is, it will not wireless sync. Otherwise the phone is great!

This phone works well, but I would expect longer bettery. Fast charging is good.

I really like this phone, its great all around the picture quality id much better.

I still have to get help from my granddaughter. Still learning new things everyday. The camera has caught great pictures that make me seem like a good photographer, normal I am not.

I am still learing how to use my new phone but so far I am finding it very nice.

After having an IPhone and being very disappointed with it, the Galaxy Note 5 is the best phone to date. With it's double screens, notebook and fast speed, we won't be going back.

This phone has a nice sized screen and functionalities. It worked wonders until it fell off my bike and went bouncing down the freeway. Never found it but I am pretty sure it was toast. However, for as long as I had it I was pleased with the product.

This was my son's upgrade from the note 3 to this note 5 . He is extremely pleased with the device , he streams tons of YouTube videos "car stuff" the large screen makes of easy use.

I love this phone. When I need help the store emplyees have been very helpful.

I replace my Note 2 with the Note 5. There are drawbacks to the 5 in that you cannot replace the battery or add memory. But I just love the ease of operation for the Note series.

Wish I would of gotten a apple, this phone jams a lot and needs restarted...

I went from an iPhone 5s to this note5 and I have no regrets. I love how much customization features I have with android. The stylus is great and responds well to everything.

getting to know it. Needed to come into Best Buy twice for help. Main concern is it sends me a message saying it is too hot?!...and it also gets very hot!! and I get lots of advertising. Probably a bit complicated to start with. Like the size

This phone as a lot of features that make ease of use a little difficult I've had more user-friendly phones in the past not sure if this was a good purchase for me

Except I cannot figure out how to set individual ring tones for a contact.

Always been a fan of the Galaxy Note. Never disappointed. Love the Note 5.

Has great features. Very good for multitasking. Love the vivid display!
