Love it great choose need to bring old phone back and trade it

I really like this phone but doesn't stay charged very long.

Clearly a large phone to hold. screen resolution is great

I wish they had not removed the IR port for remote control.

Bought this as an upgrade for my wife who is not a big cell phone fan. She loves it! Uses voice texting, the camera, notes, and also the phone.

I am enjoying my new phone. It works great. Easy to use.

Moved from Note 2 to this phone. Easy to use. Love the stacking windows and one-click closing of all open apps. Got the pearl white. Beautiful!

Had the Note 4. Easy transition to Note 5. Best Buy mare the purchase easy. Samsung associate that was at the store was very knowledgeable.

Great visual. Good battery life. Easy operation if familiar with android. Good volume and sound.

We love the camera and how easy it is to use and it takes great pictures automatically but you can adjust and change a few things as well.

Samsung Note 5 Purchased 10/31/2015 – Best Buy, Macon GA. Upgraded 2 Samsung S3’s on a 2-year contract plan. Bought 1 Samsung S6 (Wife’s) and 1 Samsung Note 5 (mine). The Samsung Note5 is ideal for what I was after in a smartphone. The larger screen size is definitely a plus and the clarity is amazing! Image quality and clarity from the rear camera is also amazing. It would be very rare for me to take any selfies, so probably won’t ever check the image quality of the front-facing camera. I do wish now, that I’d bought a 64Gb phone, instead of the 32Gb – I can see having to juggle apps around to get the balance I’m after – Samsung dropping the expansion slot was not a good move – especially for their Note flagship product(s). A definite negative in both my wife’s S6 and my Note5 is Samsung’s dropping of the cool quick access to sounds management (Press’n’hold the power key, selecting mute, or vibrate) – BOTH of us get frustrated that we can no longer ‘quickly’ select the mute, or vibrate feature of our phones. The upgrade process was so super-easy, using the “Samsung Switch” App! All our old phone’s settings, apps, photos and just about everything else were ported to the new phones with the greatest of ease. Samsung’s “Side Sync” App is also really useful – operating the phone from my laptop, or vice-versa is proving to be extremely useful and so easy! The phone (Note5) is incredibly f-a-s-t, extremely lightweight, charges super-fast (with the supplied wall-charger and (USB) cable. I am still surprised with my heavy usage (multiple Apps running simultaneously) at how long the battery lasts. Another added plus on the Note5 is the sound quality – it has improved markedly and is a pleasure to listen to, without necessarily having to hook up external speakers (though will do). I still haven’t used the fingerprint reader capability yet, though plan to in the coming weeks. The SHealth is also a decent feature and have only just started to use it – The phone has a heartrate monitor built into the back of the casing. All-in-all, I am VERY satisfied with this particular smartphone (though I DO want the SD-Card slot back!) and would recommend it to anyone wanting a larger screen, multi-tasking device on the Verizon network!

So glad I upgraded to the Note5. Has lived up to all my expectations. Camera and video camera is awesome. Have no complaints at all.

This is my first 'smart' phone and I found it very easy to get used to. I love the size of the screen for photos. Great phone for beginners.

This phone has been Great! The only flaw seems to be the large screen is fragile, it got a slight crack after barely getting bumped on my center console. Otherwise Love the phone
