NO PHONE OUT CAN COMPARE TO MY NOTE 5, I LOVE THE ABILITY TO USE THE SPEN AND TAKE NOTES AND THERES A TON OG AWESOME FEATURES!

I hate technology, because I am lost when it comes to it but this phone is very user friendly and is well worth the money....

The camera is awesome and the battery life is descent even when using video conferencing and other apps in the background.

A little disappointed with phone. I had the note 3 an d loved it. Should have kept it and waited for the next generation note 6. I would recommend it if you have never owed a note before. If you have the note 3 or 4, wait and save your money.

Easy to use and packed with features. Spoiled by the big screen, its great for media use. Overall, have no complaints. Love it

I could not have picked a better phone! I upgraded from the NOTE 2 to this one and just Love it! You won't be disappointed!

The phone works as expected. We did not need a new "fancy" phone. This one gets what we need for maps/ internet / phone calls and messages in a timely fashion.

Wife loves the phone. The Pen broke but Samsung and BB replaced it for free. Runs fast. Does what she needs it to do.

I love the crisp display! Memory and speed are nice. Takes great pictures! Does go through battery of you use it alot.

Great for quick note taking. When taking the stylus out from the phone you can write a note with having to sign in.

This phone is by far the best ssmsung has to offer. The s-pen is a great addition to the functionality of the phone

My Mom got this phone as her first smartphone and seems to be easy for her to use and she is really enjoying it!

I love my Note 5… it's easy to use & has so many options that I discover something new about it everyday.

I was having trouble with the phone inside the 14 day window for a return. I was offered a return but was assured the phone would be alright after having the phone updated. I went to the salesman that sold me the phone and he had a terrible attitude about the whole thing. Because of his attitude I will not be buying from Best Buy any time soon. The update did work. Don't seem to be having problems.

I have had my Note 5 for almost three years now and it still works well. Love the stylus.

This is my 4th Samsung phone, always happy with the product. My issue is with Verizon. Bought the Note 5 from Best Buy, activated it with Verizon. Then my bill came. Verizon is charging us $20 a line for all 3 lines. Neither Best Buy or Verizon told us there would be an additional charge that would cost us $60 more a month. Can't figure out how to get out of this without costing me a fortune. Buyer beware.

Lots of new features that work great but cracked screen in the first month. I've never dropped it or abused it. Never broke a screen on and phone before and I'm less than happy in the lesser quality of this model

The first week that I had the phone it did an automatic update and wiped out all of my messages, pictures, voice mails and some of my contacts. The phone works fine but has quirks that take some getting used to.

The Note5 is by far the best phone I have owned. The S Pen is a great tool and keeps the screen 'clean'.
