Note 5 great phone

The Note 5 had better ratings than the IPhone. I love the S note option. I use at work and home. I use the phone as a hotspot. I am still learning about all of the options. It is quite pricey, but if you have a payment plan, it makes it easier to spend that much.

Terrible phone and customer service

No pressure was put on my phone. I did not drop my phone but when I took phone out of my pocket screen would not work. I had a screen protector and case on phone. Took phone back to Best Buy and said they could and would not replace bc when they took screen protector off found small crack in screen. When I purchased phone salesman said would replace phone for any reason within 14 days of purchase. They did not stand behind what I was told and was told to my face that I was lying about what happened. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!

Not expandable memory

Short battery life
