Love my new galaxy note. It's like a mini computer. It's takes the best pictures from any phone

I've had this phone since about March 2016, and it's still going strong. No problems or issues. I've even dropped it a few times and the case and screen protector took all the damage. Still no issues. I do miss using the pen for screen shots. If they brought that back I'd be even happier.

This phone does so many things that I can't keep up. I only wish that the sales person would have explained to me that it had so much Verizon software on it. Much of this proprietary stuff gets in my way. I told her that Verizon would not be my provider. She said it wouldn't be a problem but it really is. When I tried to get this fixed, there were no unlocked phones like mine in stock and I couldn't wait for one.

Lots of features and easy to access. Great phone to write tasks or notes for home or work.

I like this new phone. It has a lot of great features. A lot of new ring tones and alarms. Since I've had this phone thereception are 2 things I don't like, 1 the timer on it. I don't like the way you have to set the timer and I also don't like the fact I can't personalize my email, just a white background.

still trying to figure this phone out. was told it was the easiest friendliest phone to figure out but my old phone was better

Yes there's better out there but I like the use of the stylus and the screen is superb.

This phone was purchased for a close friend who had been using an iPhone for years. She decided to go a different route with my help and does not regret it. To her this phone has been more User friendly for certain apps and functionality. Larger display and a few more perks! No complaints...

Not hard to learn how to use. Downloading music is the hardest thing for me to do.

I switched from the Note 4 to the Note 5 cause these are definitely the best phone to have in my opinion. Started off with the Samsung Galaxy 3 and always stuck with Samsung. I will never go to a different phone than Samsung.

the phone is okay. Having the phone unlocked but under varizone logo sucks.

If you can look past the lack of removable battery and micro sd support, you are looking at what is in my opinion the best large screen phone (or perhaps phone period) that you can buy right now. While there are sure to be a number of excellent phones released this fall, I can say with confidence that if you purchase this phone you will not be disappointed. The battery life was a concern of mine before I got the phone, but has turned out to be excellent (much better than my old LG G3). The screen is second to none, Samsung makes the best screens in the industry, period. While I don't use the spen a lot myself, it has been revamped for the Note 5 and is both easier to remove and packs a number of new features. Touchwiz has been toned down from previous Note iterations and the result is a wonderfully fast and responsive interface. I am very into phones and try a number of the new releases and can say that if you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and just go buy this one!

Light weight, big screen, great speaker for calls and listening to music.

I am not happy with the fact that I have a very hard time getting clear voices on the phone. I also am very disappointed in the fact that the S-pen fell out of my phone after only having the phone for five weeks. NOW< EVEN WITH INSURANCE< I HAVE TO BUY A REPLACEMENT. I assume there was something wrong with the pen or the phone but no one seems to care. They only call it an accessory even though it was a part of the phone when it was purchased. I would not recommend the phone or the service unless you have plenty of money to blow and don't want to hear what is said when you call someone. It also turns off the volumes by itself. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE THAT JUST KEEPS HAPPENING>

Excellent phone the only downer is no extra memory to add to the phone

At first I was really enjoying it. Now, stalus isn't the working properly and I because it happened after the amount of days to exchange it from where I purchased it, I have to go through Samsung. Contacted them, was transferred 3 times, and now I have to wait for them to call me back in 24 hours. Just want to get a phone that is full functioning....
