The charger is okay it just takes a while to charge phone

for a unknown reason most of my contacts disappear

I had a Note4 before i got the Note5 a lot of changes I use the built in charging system all the time. We have 4 wireless chargers in the house and it is nice to do away with cords.

This phone is excellent. I don't need the latest and greatest anymore so I like to be a year behind and save money. The only issue is on occasion it has a sim card error and requires a restart. While stuck on the error you don't get phone service. This is a known issue you will find in many forums. Mine didn't start this until after the return period or I would have exchanged for a different model. I don't like not knowing when the sim card error started so if the phone is my pocket an hour without service I will not know until I look at the screen again.

Very nice phone, and upgrade from the Note 3. The use is very similar to the old phone so it's easy to navigate through, just updated features and higher quality image and pictures.

Learning it day by day a lot different from the 2.

The phone is amazing and the customer service at best buy was amazing as usual. they walked me through the whole process and explained everything. walked out with a big smile;0)

This is a great phone once you figure out how to use it. Would be VERY helpful to have a manual, even if just on line. Now I spend a lot of time on google, or just give up. I would only recommend this to a friend who is "savvy", or young!

As far as tech goes its great but does not overwhelm any other samsung flagship device and is enormous. My first one broke after 10 days screen went yellow and i lost evrything on it. Second one works well. Case availability is miserable!

The upgrade to this new device has been amazing. I am very hesitant about changing items once I get used to them. However, this device has truly simplified my life.

This is the best phone I have purchased. I had a note 3 and loved it but I really love the Note 5. Like air command better and a lot more free stuff to choose from.

I've always purchased my cell phones at Best Buy, but I'll never buy any brand but SAMSUNG! They are the best phones out there in my opinion.

After an IPhone, the galaxy Note 5 has given me a new outlook in technology. Double screens, notepad and many apps that you can't gat on the IPhone, we love this.

I have been very very happy with my Note 5 always crystal clear in sound, pictures, and totally reliable I will forever stay with Samsung products.

I loved my new phone. It has everything my computer has and more. It was synchronization to all my devices and now i have access to everything.

So disappointed less than 3 weeks after I purchased my phone, I noticed the back of the phone was shattered. I have no idea how this happened as I did not drop my phone. I purchased a clear case for it. I had my Samsung Note 2 for almost 4 years and never had a problem with it. I also was unaware there was even glass on the back of the phone. I don't know what the purpose is for having glass on the back. I took it back to Best Buy, and they weren't willing to help me at all with it. This is the first time I have bought a phone from anyone other than Verizon. Verizon would have taken care of me.

I gave this to my husband for Father's Day and he said he really enjoy it. On top of getting a good price Best Buy was able to lower my bill.

I love the new Note 5, has alot of cool features, only drawback is the internal memory no external.
