Got the phone for free on the Verizon network because received a 200.00 gift card. This was the best deal ever!!!!!

Even more one day, the geek squad told me I have to file a claim online for a new phone. And bupy new phone they mean a refurbished phone, adn have to wait for the phone to come off backorder. It's been over a week (7 days) still nothing I cannot call customer service as I have nmo phone... I took a week off work so I wouldn't lose face with my customers but still nothing no email from BB of GkSqd. No response. The store just tells me I have to by a new one. For over $500. Where's the warranty, where's the customer service.

The note is my favorite Samsung device. Bestbuy had the best price with their Black Friday sale.

Great phone for what its worth, but the battery life has been subpar. Not sure if it was the last update or what but it does not hold a charge for a full day.

Excellent Phone and can not believe the clarity of HD phone calls especially through by Bluetooth.

This gold 32gb phone caught my eye. And the price was a sale deal. So I bought it. But I returned it because it seemed to be defective. For example, when I was reading on line on this phone and scrolling down to other paragraphs the words on the screen kept going left to right and right to left constantly. I had to re-center the script manually any time I wanted to continue reading. It was very annoying. I do like Samsung phones but this one was an exception.

Has everything you need. Greatvwith samsung tv for sharing videos, etc on the tv from the phone.

I absolutely love this phone. I can literally do everything on here that I can do on my computer.
