    There are two things I like about it: I do like the camera, and it charges fast. Here are the negatives: every time I get an e-mail, text message, whatsapp, etc. not only does the phone make a noise, it also shows up on the front, even if I'm using it for something else. I can get rid of the noise, but can't stop the pop-ups. The sound volume for 'words with friends' is the same as when talking, so I can't do both at the same time, because if I turn down the volume of the game I can't hear the person talking. When the phone app is touched, it goes to contacts and I have to touch another app to get the numbered keys. This phone is not user-friendly. There are too many things I don't like about it to write here.

    I've had numerous Samsung products and by far this has been the worst one I've had. I've had the screen get a linn on it, and had to be replace. Then screen wouldn't recognize you touching it. In notes inn Mt 3rd phone in less than 2 months.

    Love the features & upgrade from Note 3. However battery drains 40% during 1 workday. My Note 3 would only drop 20%. Found that turning OFF the wireless slowed the draining significantly (drops only 25%) even if I was in wifi coverage. So I must recharge daily.
