Awful phone..would not recommend..I have taken this phone back 3 times and still having the same problem of it dropping calls

Two months ago I bought the galaxy note and now the device does not turn on, it will take the store to return.

Phone freezes up gets to HOT won't turn off I will be in to see what you can do about this.

Terrible phone drops calls..the other person can't hear you and its not the color I wanted

As a person who has had the Samsung Galaxy S3, upgrading from the S line to the Note line was a big change. But I couldn't be anymore happier with my purchase. Yes the phone has no removable battery or no expandable memory but that can all be fixed with a portable battery pack and a product like the Sandisk Ultra Dual USB. All in all this product is amazing and will get your moneys worth. (Photo shot on Galaxy S3)

I was initially skeptical about this phone with all the reviews out there online, but I always wanted to try a phone with stylus, so I decided to take my chances and try this phone out. I LOVE IT! Phone is faster with smooth operation than Galaxy S4 I was using. Picture quality is amazingly sharp and clear. Nice piece of device I will not regret getting for a while.

Can't complain about a thing. Great battery life, beautiful screen and the right size. The fingerprint scanner is quite useful, as now my bank also supports it for authentication. Takes awesome pictures and video too.

Upgraded from a Note 3. I really liked that one but this is such an improvement. S-Pen works much better, the phone has shrunk in size and has a better feel in your hand. The fingerprint reader is easy to setup and use. The quick charge is nice too. Overall really glad that I upgraded.

My sister recommended this phone to me and very happy with it. I'm sure it does way more than I know it does but, haven't had time to really look into it. Love the stylist pen!

I am really excited for this phone. Wireless charging and super fast processor. I love the themes option as well to make my phone more colorful and for me.

Phone has several great features. Upgraded from a Iphone4 and happy I did.

Great display and wonderful size, so far I love it

The device has a great physical feel that makes you want to use it without a case. Sadly TouchWiz is still a bit clunky and slow. After 43 days though, my SPen Stylus fell apart. The end fell off and the spring fell out. You can see where they minuscule drop of glue was that held it together and where it failed. Samsung support says... sorry physical damage is not covered. You can buy a new one. 43 Days! Samsung Customer Service needs to seriously ask themselves why they are viewed as seriously deficient when compared with Apple. Get the Nexus, Get the LG. Get the Note 4 or Edge if you must have Samsung. This device seems like it was released a little too early. (you've heard about the stylus insertion issue too right?)

I bought the Note 4 as an upgrade to my Note 2 and it is a much better phone. The picture quality is amazing and it is really easy to use. However, this phone runs really hot which makes me nervous so I shut it down at night to cool down.

I've been using Note before so this was an easy upgrade choice to get another Note. Note 4 was great and this Note 5 is still great with even more improvements. I can't complain about anything. Love everything about the phone especially the look and feel.

Does the phone come with a Sim card , and how do you pick a plan .

After phone was programmed and I left the store, phone went off. I charged the phone about 1 hr. Phone did not come back on. Took phone back to Best-Buy and tech told me I needed to hold down the volume, home & power button at the same time to power on the phone. None of that information was in the book and I was not told that before I left the store. When I got to my car, same issue occurred, tried pushing 3 buttons at same time however, screen was blank with small writing. Took phone back into the store, tech did something without explaining what she did to get phone back on, then she wanted to run a test on the phone. Well I paid the full price of $731.00 for the phone. So, because of problem immediately, I had to ask for my money back. Also, the young lady that was to help me was so busy playing with her own phone that she was not very helpful in explaining how my new phone worked. I'm not going to say the NOTE 5 is a bad phone, I will say, bad customer service in explaining the phone. I was sad to give it back. Hope this helps you, good luck.
