It's a good phone and it has so many features but many features won't work perfectly like face look etc. I have experienced app crash issues. Battery drains very fast after 1 year of use. It won't even last for the full day.

This phone had me super excited because of all the false advertising the media and internet talked about. I bought the phone for almost a whopping 1300.00 dollars from best buy. Once I purchased the phone I started to question why I wanted the phone for that amount if money. I now realise I made a huge mistake because the phone does nothing my last note did ... I'm so upset on how I could spend that much of my hard earned money on such a lame phone...

I'm very disappointed in the geek squad/bestbuy cellphone protection plan. My phone all of a sudden have some dead pixels. There are no crack or any damaged of any kind on the screen or the phone. They told me I have to put down a $199 deductable for a new phone, what's the point of having protection plan when it's a hardware issues/defect? The Geek squad rep the day before wasn't able to get into the system to replace my phone and waive the deductable because the system was down, he told me it your phone is not damaged in any way or form is just the pixels went out and we should have any issues waiving the $199 replacement fee. Today I came in and another Geek Squad told me I had to pay $199 to replace the phone! SMH, that I buy all of the protection plans for my expensive electronics from Bestbuy, I might reconsider the next time I get something from there.

Version sold by Best Buy is not a Dual sim version, allows for a sim and a memory card only. Not advertised as such. Disappointing!!!

Crashes unexpectedly. Apps are not user friendly. Installing things are not user friendly. I hate it and now I'm stuck with it.

$1000.00 brick. Useless for Verizon. Unlocked and says that it will work with Verizon. It does not. Buyers beware.

The process to actually use it was a pain, but it's a good phone.

Screen burn-in in less than 6 month. Samsung doesn't offer a good warranty package. They asked me to factory reset the device and send it via mail. Then wait 7-9 business days. They didn't have any options for me to take the phone to repair it. Or send me a replacement then I send this one back. That is horrible, I cant send my phone for so long. I use it daily. The keyboard is completely burned in the screen if you put a white or blue image you can see the keyboard clearly. I would recommend to stay away from samsung. Apple offers far better warranty. They replace the display in the spot.

I have had problems with it but I think it's ok now

I have had some problems with the wifi connection when I have been out of US. I don't know why my phone can't connect to wifi network in Cayman Island or other Caribbean countries. Any help?

I've been purchasing Samsung phones since '01. Samsung never fails to amaze me. This phone has blown me away. I gave it a test at a festival that was an all day and night event. Videos, features, and pictures have amazing quality. The best thing that stood out with this phone is the battery. Yes we know they had a lot of flack about the Note 7's battery issue but man did they make up for it. I started recording, taking pics at 98% and ended with 45% by the end of the night.. That's 12:30pm -10:45pm without charging..Wow! I love this phone. The design, power, battery life...I can go on. Samsung did a great job by focusing on the consumers feedback! So go out and purchase one. It's a definite must buy!!

It's a nice phone but battery is not good. It's hot very fast. Battery doesn't last long.

FYI Great phone with 1 issue: unlocked phone turned off some ATT features that I was paying for. Solution: burn to ROM or return phone. I returned phone.

A little bit after a year from purchase note 8 the screen start damage by self, i went to the store , i say that my cousin was got the same problem in different country and the company changed for him the phone , and here in best buy they say is nothing to do, i feel so bad after i bought to many things from best buy , and I'm always with Samsung, but i send a note for ( consumer affairs) I'm sure that gonna help .

This is the 3rd Samsung phone I have purchased from the Beavercreek Best Buy in 13 months, all of them have been defective. And YES, they do sell refurbished merchandise and tell a customer it is new.
