Ever since I bought this phone, I have one problem or other, making me very irritated, wondering why invested so much money.

Battery gets too hot very quickly. I would like it to store charge for longer period of time.

Excellent performance in every way field you can imagine. One of the most notable things about this phone is the way it manages the battery. Even though some people might feel that the phone has lesser mAh battery but It will still get you pretty much throughout day and maybe even more. S-pen is a great tool and the stylus looks very stylish! There was not a single friend of mine who saw the phone and didn't let out a gasp!

Took the phone to Sprint for activation and it wasn't a Sprint phone. Returned to the store and was charged for sims card. Their mistake not mine, should not have had to pay for the card.

Very complicated phone /camera no good. Im not going to recommend this to my friend .It does not worth for its value.

I VE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE THE SCREEN FROZESAND DO NOT RESPOND HAVE TO RESET IT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY

My phone was so hot it blistered my thumb. Sent it back and Samsung refused to fix for free. Phone was 6 mo. Old

I would rate this phone a 5 for its battery life, clear display, stylus, and overall functionality, however, I can only give it a 4 because it is not compatible with all Verizon apps as the sales representative stated. I brought this as a gift, and we waited to activate for convenient reasons (i.e. work), but we should have activated automatically. First, the phone would not activate with the Verizon SIMs card in place so we had to take it to the store to get activated, and 2 weeks later (outside of the return/exchange date) we found out that there is a Verizon voicemail app that all new Samsung phones must download to receive notifications of voicemails. I was not told of this at the time of purchase, otherwise, I would have brought the locked phone. In general, this is a great phone, however, if you want to be stuck checking basic voicemail everyday because you won't be notified of incoming voicemails or finding another app to support your voicemails then I suggest you purchase the locked version of this phone.

I have been an iPhone person forever, but thought I would try the Note 8 based on reviews. A great move. Despite other's comments, I get LTE 4G thru Straight Talk on this unlocked model. The battery life is as good as my iPhone 6S+. What I didn't expect was having to buy a new set of USB-C cables and upgraded wall chargers. Bixby seems to be a waste of time (can't compare with Siri). Am still learning to navigate the Android system, but no problems so far.

I'm disappointed this device screen is too narrow I will definitely return thish device just wasting money

It has problem with hearing from the Mike when i talk with others is hard for them to hear me

Apparently unlock phones do not work with ATT. I switched to ATT phone and it works great.

I have had my phone for 5 days. I love it. The S Pen is great. I love being able to write on the locked screen. The battery lasts all day. I think the phone design is awesome.

I've been using the same Note 8 for 6 years and it works as good as it did the day I bought it. I've never had to have anything fixed on it thanks to the same OtterBox Defender that's been protecting the phone ever since I bought it. You would expect the phone to be outdated but my carrier Verizon has been giving it operating system updates regularly and the phone is just as fast as it was from day one

Got this phone on preorder and it arrived sooner than promised. I was a bit nervous about the phone after reading early reviews stating that the fingerprint scanner is 'awkward' or 'poorly placed'. I am forced to have my phone encrypted and either on huge password or fingerprint, for security, so I have used the fingerprint scanner on previous phones and was concerned my life was about to get more difficult. Not so!! I don't know what people are talking about with the fingerprint scanner. It's GREAT. you just place your index finger over the back of the phone and INSTANTLY it's unlocked. NO swiping. No having to have it in the perfect orientation. You can actually add multiple 'different' fingerprints and just set it to different parts of your index finger. That way if you're more misaligned than typical, it will still unlock. SUPER smooth. Literally will save minutes of frustration per day from my previous device.. Yeah, other than that, everybody else will tell you how wonderful the device is in every other way. My only 'complaint' is that the phone is too tall [compared to my previous Note4]. It will just take getting used too. The width is smaller than the note 4 which is amazing. I'm in love.. <3 <3

This is my current daily driver (I carry both this and an iPhone for work). I typically consider myself pretty brand agnostic when it comes to phones. I've switched between Apple, LG, Samsung, Nexus, and Motorola, so I have used a lot of phones. I don't consider myself loyal to any one brand, as long as they make a quality product, I will try it out. That being said, I have found myself coming back to Samsung more and more. I had the S4, S7+, Note 7, S8, and finally the Note 8. The Note 8 is my favorite so far and is a solid product. The design is great, screen quality is excellent and performance is good. It does lag sometimes when I have a lot of things going on, but nothing too upsetting. Battery life is ok, especially since they reduced the size from the Note 7, but I guess better for safety. The camera quality is excellent, I like it more than my iphone's camera which people usually compare it to. Overall, solid phone, looking forward to whatever innovations Samsung will put into the Note 9.

Super long sexy s pen. Fit into the hole nicely on the bottom on the sexy note. Pull out the pen and it can work if the device is turn on or off. Only 3300Mah, but believe me it will last long enough to satisfy your needs. Would I recommend my note 8 to someone, maybe?

I waited patiently and i'm happy to say it was well worth the wait ! The Note 8 absolutely exceeds my expectations. The Camera is second to none on any phone i've ever seen. 5 HUGE STARS SAMSUNG !

I have had the opportunity to carry many different Android phones (Galaxy S7+, Note 7, Galaxy S*+, Google Pixel XL) and this is finally the Android phone I have been looking for. While I like Android as an OS my main complaint vs iOS has always been the lag and choppiness of the transitions and delay when pressing on the screen. This phone solves ALL of that. I have experenced no lag or choppiness. Everything is quick and responsive. The phone feels premium and the screen is amazing. This may finally be the Android phone that pull me away from iOS.

Replaced my Note 3 (cracked screen) with this Note 8 phone. This phone is very cool. The only one thing that I do not like is its very slippery to hold and the curved screen on the sides makes it ever worse to hold. But functions/speed/build quality/performance are just amazing. There are several reviews already about the phone, I am not going into details about that. The phone box came with Type-C USB Cable Smart Switch Adapter; SIM tray ejector;Stereo headset;Wall Adapter;Type-B to Type-C USB converter- so I don't have to worry about replacing my old charger type B adapter. Over all very happy with this phone. 5 Stars!
