My last 4 phones had all been from LG. I have not used a Samsung phone well over 6 years. When the promotion for the Note 9 came up I couldn't let the opportunity pass me by. This is a rock-solid phone. I use it for business About 70% of the time so battery life is extremely important, and this phone does not disappoint there. I rarely have to plug it into charge during the day. The display is amazing, Performance ss exactly what I need, and the Samsung pay feature Is far more useful than I had imagined. One other feature that I did not think I would use as much as I am is the stylus. It is so useful and a lot of fun to use. I have only been using the phone for about 6 weeks now, I will come back and update this review At the 6-month mark In case I feel it’s necessary To downgrade. I don’t anticipate I will be doing that.

So I have hade thus phone for about a month and absolutely love it! great pictures, huge amount of storage, large screen and longer battery run time. I have had the galaxy s3,s4,s7,s8 and now the note 9 and I love the Samsung line period.

Bought this phone to replace my S4 which was severely when it was dropped. Huge screen, great battery life and I have Bluetooth devices connected and wifi on all the time. Lightning fast processor and plenty of storage. Great phone...

I purchashed this phone around 3 weeks ago. So far I am in love with the phone. The battery last me all day on a full charge with moderate usage. The S Pen feature has also come in handy multiple with taking notes to capuring cut outs on a webpage ect. It took some time to get use to the size but when it comes to watching YouTube or Netflix the size is great. I would recomment this phone to anyone who is looking for a nice screen size and long battery usage. As far as durability I do have the tempered glass screen protector and a case as well. I have dropped my phone twice without the case on laminate flooring and no scratches or cracks were obtained. The only con is when I first purchased the phone it was overheating. I now believe that was due to the new transfer of all the data from my old device. I no longer have that issue, athough it will get warm with extensive usage is does not seem to overheat. 4 stars.

Amazing phone, superb screen (no notch, no hole punch, very small forehead and chin), screen size is perfect (great for movies on flights, on screen keyboard is huge), S-Pen is very nice to have (don't use it everyday, but when you need to jot down a remember note, it's awesome), battery life is outstanding, easily a full day of use, 5+ hours of screen on time is the norm, and of course a regular fingerprint reader, not that the in screen one is bad, but the regular kind is just so much quicker, the cameras are great, the lack of wide angle is a little disappointing, but definitely not a deal breaker, if you can get it for the same price as the S10e, it's definitely a much better deal. Overall 9.9 out of 10.

This phone is super pretty, really fast and very easy to use. Bixby is good, Spen is awesome and the screen is huge! My only gripe is that it's almost too big for my pocket and it's pretty heavy.

I absolutely love this device! I have used an iPhone and Pixel 2,3 this year. I was not impressed with the Pixel 3 at all after upgrading from the Pixel 2, which made me consider the note 9. I was a little sceptical because I had heard a lot about bloatware on Samsung devices. But after watching a few reviews, I decided to switch. I am glad I switched! The phone's probably the most advanced phone in the market today. The camera is great, but to me the most impressive quality of the phone is how it makes certain things convenient like no other device in the market can today; like writing on the screen and sharing, or taking a quick snapshot of a part of the screen using the s-pen. If you use split screens, then there are some nifty short cuts to use those as well. At close to a thousand dollars, most phones have all the basic features like good call quality, good camera, fast speeds figured out. To me, it's the little things / features that this phone adds that differentiates it from the crowd.

Samsung always does a great job striving where ever possible. Phone is very quick, battery is long lasting with short charge time. The feature of using the s pen to take a picture if fantastic an I use it almost Everytime. I feel if you were using their S-series you should really upgrade to the note series. They just run smoother an feel better built. Not only do you get more features that you may or may not use but you'll sense right away how much different they are from the S-series and appreciate taking the step up. I do recommend the purchase of a gel cover cause it is a slippery phone otherwise no complaints.

I like this phone a lot. I have bad recurring carpal tunnel because of the way I would hold my s7 edge and I think the s pen helps with that. The phone feels a lot bigger in your hands compared to the 7, and the screen is crisp & beautiful. I LOVE how good the battery is compared to my 7 edge. My 7e would barely last a day, and this phone still has 70%+ by the time I get home from work after a 10 hour shift with light-moderate phone usage. Con- very expensive, but less monthly than my edge was when I got it! Overall i really recommend this phone highly, especially if you like Samsung products.

My wife who is not usually excited about technology, switched from an iPhone 6 to this. Ever since then she goes on and on about how much she loves this phone. She loves the stylus and how she can use it for everything from writing "to do" lists for each day to snapping photos with it. Frankly, I'm tired of hearing about the phone but have to admit that it takes dynamic photos, has plenty of room to save apps on and has made my wife more productive and happy.

Nice sleek design, lots of storage. Takes great pictures. Very user friendly. Battery life is awesome. I don't have to charge it until I go to bed at night.

By far the Note 9 is the fastest phone I've ever used. Love the stylus remote and the new location of the fingerprint sensor. It also seems that Samsung has upgraded the facial recognition feature because it works almost flawlessly now. I am a heavy user in web surfing and video watching and the battery will last from 9am till around 11pm which is when it will hit 15%. Love the phone so far!

I bought this phone because I was able to get a great deal, and I'm happy I did! The screen is amazing, it takes awesome pictures, and it is super fast! On top of that, I can add memory later when my phone starts to fill up and don't have to delete pictures or apps. I wasn't sure about the 'always on' feature, but have found it very useful when sitting at a desk working.

I have had a little android experience back in the Galaxy S4 Days. I had been Apple since then. I switched to this phone because of Apple's business practices. Once i made the switch i realized how much more customization and how much more control i had back over my phone. The Pen is extremely handy for detail oriented work and notes. Battery life is amazing for my uses (light web browsing, heavy texting, light video playback / media consumption), i would typically end the day with 45%. I just cannot praise android phones in general on the ability to disable services that are not needed (bloatware). The only downside to getting this exact model is the Galaxy and Verizon bloatware... cannot uninstall it so i had to go on the back end and disable it.

It's a great phone for the storage it has. Also with the S pen I can write things down that I need like at the grocery store or somewhere else. And the remote features with the pen are pretty neat once you learn how to use them, which hopefully will be soon for me! I've had great calls with this so far and they've been very clear. I really like this phone and the battery lasts a long time!

Great photos, amazing sound, intuitive pen to write and control tasks, clear playback of video, fast, long battery life. Wow!

As always I did lots of research before I got a new phone and decided on the Note 9. I have had many Samsung phones over the years and have not been disappointed. Once again Samsung does not disappoint! Absolutely love this phone! It is fluid and extremely fast, excellent graphics, and the battery life is simply amazing! The camera is excellent. Get you one, you will be totally satisfied.

There is not a more versatile phone on the market. With expandable memory up to a terabyte and, possibly more importantly if you are on the go for work constantly like I am, a battery that lasts at least all day, I cannot recommend this phone enough. I'm sure 128GB is enough for most of us, but I went for 512GB myself because why not? More storage, more movies, more music, and basically never have to worry about organizing and deleting things constantly. File sizes are getting larger due to increased quality, so it is better to have space and not need it then need it and not have it. If you're looking to upgrade or switch from iPhone, look no further than the Samsung Galaxy Note9.

I love this slightly bigger phone. It is just as comfortable as my smaller 2014 Samsung. The camera is great. It's been a breeze to adjust to and use. The pop-out stylus is really fun. It rides inside the phone, something invisible in the photos. So it really won't get lost if always tucked back in. Drawing or writing memos is very handy. I do wish the letters were slightly bigger to help prevent hitting the wrong letters. Otherwise, I am delighted with this phone.
