Having been without a Note since the Note 7 pocketbomb fiasco of a couple years ago, this is a very welcome return to the Note series. The camera is great, long battery life, and the Bluetooth-enabled stylus is a nice perquisite. Calls sound great on it as well. Great phone.

Upgraded from a S7 Edge and am loving it. This stylus is major improvement. Being able to open the camera and take pictures with just the stylus makes taking group selfies so much easier. The battery life is so much better. It is also so much quicker than the S7 Edge.

Speakers sound better than note 8, I know because I just had it. Battery life about an hour 1/2 more, 512gb of storage stops me from using my 256gb chip because I don't need it. The 8gb of ram makes multi tasking much easier. This gotta be the best phone out there.

I absolutely love the Samsung Note. Went from an Iphone to the Samsung Note Edge years ago, and never looked back. I still currently use this phone! I will hold out until the next note comes out because of how great the notes are. They are extremely fast and the cool little pen is great to write notes, crop photos, or a cool little feature is the fact that the pen can be used to take photos. You can set the phone down and use the pen to take a photo remotely or start/stop a video. It can also be customized to do different things based off your needs. The fact that this phone has a micro sd slot to add additional storage is a plus. I will be waiting for the next note to be released before I trade this one in.

Replaced my 2 year old S7. Love the Galaxy line phones. Was worried it was gonna be too big. So far I love it. Great battery life and speed. Play a lot of PubG on it and it runs smoothly. Overall its a great phone. Love the S pen also. Nice for quick "Notes"

Nice large screen compared to my previous S5. The clincher for getting the Note9 was the ability to jot down notes quickly. You can't write a book with them and are limited in characters but that's doable... the phone is large and heavy so it may not be suitable for some... Picture quality is awesome and I haven't had issue with slow response time as some reviews claim. Overall though I am happy with the purchase. Reduced one star due to weight, even though it's not that big of a deal for me considering all of the functionality

this is an amazing phone. great battery amazing screen. the s-pen is really handy. its durability is great. I'm a construction worker I've dropped it on jobs 3 or 4 times now and its still perfect! it is alot of phone. I use it as my mobile office.

The note 9 to me is one of the best devices out there. Fast, reliable, resistant to splashes and drops. The pen servers as a camera remote and easily allows for notes on screen shots. Plus the size make watching videos great.

Love the wide screen and look of the color on the screen. It is a larger screen but not the bulk that you would expect from a fast processor than my old phone. Camera takes great low light pictures and so far I am extremely happy with the phone.

This phone is amazing. The things it can do. The storage alone is great. I upgraded from the Note 8 didn't think it was going to be much of a difference but there is. The battery life is as good as they say. I'm on my phone all day and it isn't until the evening that it goes below 30 percent. And that's being off the charger at 8am.

I absolutely loved my note 8. Yes this is just more of the same thing...but in a good way. Better camera, better battery, and faster. The s pen acts as a remote for pictures and music. Screen is beautiful and I haven't found a complaint yet.

Phone is much faster than my galaxy 7 and the photos are extremely impressive. Much larger screen but not a big increase in overall size. Bought it through the black Friday deal and it cost me $2.00 a month less than my wife's galaxy 8.

This phone is simply amazing. Its big, but feels great in your hand. Incredible battery life.. I use my phone all day and rarely get under 50% from 7am-12pm. Tons of storage, stylus, resolution, finger print reader, amazing camera.

I like the size. Had the Galaxy S9 saw numerous ads for the Note 9. Best buy had a good deal so i traded up to the note 9. Excellent camera like the remote use of the pen. Battery life much improved over the S9. Lasts all day.

Upgraded to this from the galaxy S7 and the two phones are like comparing night to day. It has a fantastic battery life. The screen is incredible and the S-pen is a very cool feature. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

This is an outstanding phone ( upgrade from Galaxy Edge 7) with a phenomenal camera, voice to text app for notes, voice recording and super fast speeds. I'm used to an actual back button so that's a change. The size and weight also take adjustment but for all the perks it's fine. It will take me 2 yrs ( to upgrade) to learn all the tricks hidden in this gem - but checking Google there's a ton of cheat sheets. Would be a good phone for business with all the capabilities packed into the S Pen. Yes, it's the new owner swoon but Note 9 has a lot to offer. Thank you, Best Buy, for the rewards and add ons !!

Great camera, and office programs excel etc. Plenty of room to add storage. I can balance my finances, listen to music, and take all the pics and vids of my family that I want. Love the S pen and live messaging images.

Great phone...definitely fast and runs smoothly. This is my first time owning a note so haven't really understood yet the full potential for what the S pen is really used for but played around with it and is pretty cool

I really love my new note 9!! kind of heavy but to be expected for having such a big screen!! I got the 128 G model and have more than enough room. I play my games on it and the battery seems to last a long time!

Great phone. Easy to use. I especially like having a stylus to take notes. Large memory. Love that the battery lasts all day. No more taking a portable charger when I go out. Great customer service from Best Buy.
