Honestly. It is better than what I expected. The Galaxy Ring is a nice tracker for you daily life. It is very lightweight and durable, Titanium is very durable but light, no rough edges, and you can feel the sturdiness. It does not look like it will break easily. Inside we got Resin, which is super smooth to the touch and not irritating. Id you remove the ring you got LEDs telling you battery life with different colors. As for battery life, I use continued heart rate measurement along with my watch, and it went for 100% to 95% in 12 hours. User interface is Samsung usual, very easy to set up. Case is beautiful, charges wireless as well and retains a charge for the future, I am yet to test how many charges it holds. Gold one is very stylish compared to black. I can tell you it won't scratch easily under normal circumstances. For a first gen product it does the job great. Most people giving it a bad review expect to replace a watch capabilities with this, but this is solely for tracking. No NFC, Samsung pay, LEDs are not customizable. So don't expect a lot of features for it except for the Sleep Tracking, Heart Rate and EKG. As for pricing goes, 400$ is a lot of money for it, specially when it serves only for tracking. It is a very niche product that serves its purpose. Dont expect all the bells and whistles of a watch. I consider this a complement more than a whole unit.

The Samsung Galaxy Ring in size 12, silver color has redefined my expectations of wearable technology. This sleek, futuristic ring is more than just an accessory; it’s an innovation that blends style, functionality, and convenience seamlessly.
The silver finish is stunning—modern yet timeless, perfect for daily wear or special occasions. The size 12 fits snugly and comfortably, and I often forget I’m wearing it, thanks to its lightweight design. It’s a subtle statement piece that doesn't scream for attention but gets compliments when noticed.
The tracking capabilities are phenomenal. Whether it’s monitoring my heart rate, tracking my sleep, or counting steps, the Galaxy Ring is impressively accurate. What’s even better is that it works regardless of which finger you wear it on. This versatility makes it an ideal choice for anyone who values practicality without sacrificing style.
The gesture control feature is nothing short of magic! Navigating through settings or controlling devices feels futuristic, and it’s incredibly responsive. The only requirement—using a pointy finger for gesture commands—is a minor adjustment, and honestly, it feels natural after a day or two of use. Samsung has ensured that this feature is intuitive and easy to learn, making it a delightful addition.
Sleep Tracking – A Dream Come True
For sleep enthusiasts, this ring is a game-changer. The sleep tracking feature provides an incredibly detailed analysis of your sleep patterns, including your Sleep Score—a personalized insight into your sleep quality. From REM cycles to deep sleep and even sleep disturbances, the data is comprehensive and easy to understand. If you’re someone who values quality rest and wants to improve it, this ring will become your new best friend.
Using the Galaxy Ring feels like stepping into the future. It’s an incredibly personal device that seamlessly integrates into daily life, enhancing productivity and health awareness without adding complexity. Whether you’re a tech enthusiast or someone looking for a cutting-edge wearable, the Galaxy Ring will exceed your expectations.
Final Thoughts
Samsung has knocked it out of the park with the Galaxy Ring. Its combination of stunning design, advanced functionality, and intuitive features makes it a must-have gadget. If you’re considering an upgrade to your wearable tech, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!

This ring is honestly one of the best smart devices I’ve ever bought. It looks really elegant, super lightweight, and because it’s made of titanium, you barely feel like you’re wearing anything. The color makes a difference—mine is black, which looks great, but I think the gray one would probably hold up best over time.
For tracking workouts, it does a good job. I’ve used it for running (both treadmill and outdoors) and it’s pretty accurate, though not as precise as my Samsung Watch 7. It’s not really made for weightlifting since the weights could scratch it, but for everything else it’s solid. Where it really surprised me is sleep tracking—you forget it’s even on, which makes it way more comfortable than sleeping with a watch. At night, the battery drops about 8–10%, but if you use it along with a smartwatch, it only uses around 3–5% since the watch shares some of the work.
What I really like is that I don’t have to wear a smartwatch every day anymore. I have a Samsung Watch 7 (and I might upgrade to the Ultra 2), but most of the time I prefer wearing my analog watches from my collection. With this ring, I can still see my steps, heart rate, and temperature without missing out on the look of a regular watch.
Battery life is great—it lasts me about a week on a single charge. Daily use takes about 12–17% if I’m only wearing the ring, and 5–8% if I use it together with the smartwatch. Charging is quick, about 80 minutes, and the charging case is sleek and even gives you about one and a half extra charges.
Overall, it works just like Samsung promised. The price is a bit high, but if you care about keeping track of your health and sleep without wearing a watch all the time, I think it’s totally worth i

Very comfortable light weight health tracker. I was surprised how accurate this item would be with sleep tracking & its pretty spot on. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a smaller health tracker than a watch. Overall works well together but when you have both watch & ring it does all the tests on the watch. I did notice a few nicks on the ring from normal use so try to be careful when doing heavy tasks, maybe take it off & dont lose it.

Excellent tracking. Love that it balances usage with my Galaxy watch 7 Ultra. Battery life exceeds expectations. Also glad there isn't a subscription fee. I just wish they had my index finger size when i purchased, but they had my ring finger size which seems pretty accurate as well. Despite ive put this through, it has yet to show any wear marks, so very durable coating.
Sensitive too, captures all my naps during the day :)

I like the Samsung Galaxy Ring. I was able to get a full 7 days of battery life. The ring is light, comfortable and most of the time I forgot it was there until I had to wash my hands.
At night, I would just use the Galaxy Ring, instead of using a smartwatch. However, the ring is limited on metrics and functionality, so if you're already using a Galaxy Watch, its just redundant.
The biggest con was that the finish was rubbing off on the end (see pics - that's not a reflection), so I am going to return it and stick with the Galaxy Watch Ultra.

The ring is amazing and so comfortable to wear, measures excercise and sleep, just like a smarwatch but less intrusive, i loved it and i will keep it, but it has details, blood oxygen at night is a mess, it tells me constantly that it dropped to 82%, at first i tought it was true but i started sleeping with the Galaxy Watch Ultra just to be sure, and completely different the watch says im always above 92%, also you cant measure oxygen levels when you want to, only at night and thats annoying, there are not many workouts on the Samsung Health App with the ring, so i use the watch for excercise now, using the ring for cardio like running its crazy good and comfortable, but no so much to do weights, the energy score always is on point and also tells me that i consumed alcohol bc it affects my sleep so thats crazy, nevertheless, the ring its beautiful, light, and im pretty sure Samsung can fix the little details with updates, the battery lasts almost 7 days so its great, love it!

The Samsung Galaxy Ring works great for my needs. It provides a much less obtrusive way to track sleep compared to wearing a bulky smartwatch overnight.
The best part is how well it works hand-in-hand with my Galaxy Watch during the day. When I exercise, it assists the watch with heart rate tracking and helps the watch preserve battery life by sharing the monitoring load.
If you already own other Samsung devices and want a comfortable, always-on monitor to stay fully within the ecosystem, this is the ring to get.

I love the Samsung ring! I decided to purchase the Samsung ring instead of the oura. The oura makes you pay for a monthly subscription to use the features but Samsung does not. This rung is also slimmer than the Oura and that was important to me as a woman wearing a big gaudy ring. I have been able to connect it to ym Samsung health app and now I track my sleep and my period through my body temperature. I can see so many things with this ring it is definitely worth it for me.i can also quit paying for my period tracker app as samsung health lets you track it and your symptoms more accurately through the rijg sensors. I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to keep a better eye on their health.

The insights I get from Samsung Health on my activity, sleep, and recovery are invaluable in helping me be an active participant in managing my health. The Ring makes it even easier to collect this data, even when I'm not wearing my watch or carrying my phone.
I recommend spending time with the Ring Sizing kit, as it is great low-cost tool for testing how the ring will effect your everyday life.
I find hard rings to be uncomfortable as most quickly cause my fingers to swell. Instead, I have worn a silicone ring in place of a wedding ring. While experimenting with the sizing kit, I experienced the discomfort and swelling and put the kit aside for a while then experimented with ways to alleviate the problem once the swelling was gone. After some trial and error, I finally discovered combining a silicone ring works quite well for me, and after an active week during which I had no ring-related pain, I finally ordered mine.
If I'd jumped straight to the ring instead of sending time with the sizing kit, I'd have been pretty upset that a thing that cost so much caused me discomfort. With only $10 (refundable, too) at stake for the kit, I had a lot more patience and approached the trial and error with some grace.

Im in my 5th pregnancy and was diagnosed with POT Syndrome. I had a pixel watch but I dont like wearing watches, I dont like the feeling of a watch and I somehow bormally bump it into everything. I like the ring much more, I dont have to charge it as often as a watch and I dont like all the notifications my watch would get. I know I can turn them off but it was just too much stuff.
I charge the ring generally when I take a shower just because but if not I can go a week or so without charging it. I dont have to remove it to shower, wash my hands or work in the garden. It has been accurate at tracking my heart rate and activity level. It can pair well to many other apps but i just use the samsung health app. In the beginning I checked the accuracy along side my pulse ox and blood pressure cuffs I have and it was accurate everytime. The sleep feature is cool as well and the energy level readings are pretty accurate. It gives me helpful insight into everything. Im 33 werks pregnant now and had it for a few months and Ive not been disappointed in my purchase.

I was hesitant about it but as soon as it was on sale I bought the ring and it's totally worth it for the people who wanna keep track of their sleeping times and habits and of course the steps walked and so on. The battery is amazing like I forget about it because my watch I need to recharge every day or every other day but the ring maybe once or twice a week.
I would recommend this to a friend

I give it 5 Stars! The ring fits great. I was able to size my finger at Best Buy in Mira Mesa. They didn't have my ring size at there store and they helped me find it. I was instructed to pay and then pick up at the San Marcos Store. Overall the experience in Mira Mesa has been Great! I Luv the ring. Just download the app and set up your accoint account. It's easy and the ring app has a lot of good information regarding sleep, blood pressure, snoring and pulse rate. You can input food and water intake. The battery lasts for almost a week and it comes with a rechargeable case. I'm happy with my purchase and recommend it.

After challenges with an open box ring, have found the new ring works like advertised.
There are aspects I miss about my Oura, like it detecting when I’m getting sick. But the Samsung ring provides 95% of the same features that Oura does without a monthly membership. If you have a Samsung phone it’s a no brainer.
I first bought an open box ring that was still paired with the old owners phone, caused a lot of headaches.
The brand new one is dope, track your sleep, steps and oxygen/temp/heartbeat and get healthier in the process. Data is beautiful.
Also highly recommend the silver/titanium one, no scratches even after extensive gym time with metal weights hitting it. I’ve heard the plated one scratch.

Absolutely love this ring. I researched between this and the Oura for a while, but ultimately decided to get this since I already have all other Samsung electronics. My main goal with this ring was for sleep tracking because my Samsung watch is too bulky to sleep in. The sleep tracking is super accurate and it works well together with my watch to hone in on all other tracking aspects. The battery life is phenomenal; it has lasted me between 5-7 days each charge so far. I work with my hands daily and the ring is super durable and scratch resistant. The charging box is a great addition for carrying and it paired so easily to my Samsung phone and Samsung Health app. Highly recommended for anyone looking to up their tracking game.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Watch Ultra, and the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. I purchased the Samsung ring on sale for $80 off. The Samsung ring integrates well within the Samsung ecosystem. The ring pairs instantly with the Samsung Health and Wearable app. I previously purchased the Oura Ring Gen 4, but I returned it because it made more sense to use a Samsung ring as a Android user. Unlike the Oura ring, there is no subscription for the Samsung ring. I receive almost the same data. I love the Samsung ring charging case. It works as a wireless mobile charger when traveling.
The sleep, heart rate, skin temperature, blood oxygen, tracking is accurate. It tells me how long I was awake, in REM, light, and deep sleep and how many sleep cycles I have had. It also monitors snoring and provides an audio clip with the time! The Samsung ring tracks exercises better than the Oura. The Samsung ring tracks all the exercises you would normally track with the Samsung GW and phone. I can't comment on the accuracy of all exercises, because I have only used it for daily walks for now. It has been mostly accurate for walking. The Oura ring is more of a holistic health tracker.
I have not used it long enough to rate durability. I wear it on my ring finger, which is also my non dominate hand. Hopefully, wearing it on my left finger will minimize damage. I would highly recommend.

I love my Samsung ring. It has so many good features and the sleep tracking and energy score is an upgrade from my apple watch that I do not like wearing to bed. I love the daily insights that are sent straight to my phone. Battery life is good and charge is quick. Fits nicely on multiple fingers which is nice for comfort. I Love the ability to take pictures with gestures very innovative and useful. Took some time for the automatic workout dection to start working like it had to learn me for a few weeks. Would recommend to anyone that needs a little help and motivation to get serious about their health journey. Down 10lbs in 6 weeks and still going.

I have a Galaxy watch 4. It has been updated with better software to track my health but the battery life isnt so good. It needs to be charged everyday, so i put on the charger at night and had to miss oit on my sleeping insights that the watch offers. I was able to get this Samsung ring with an out of the box price cut, and I have been impressed. It lasts a week on a single charge. A charge hardly takes any time at all. It is water resistent, so I take it off to shower and put in on the charger every other day, and its fully charged by the time I am dressed to go to work. Great insight to my sleeping habits and my overall health. Wish I had gotten it sooner.
