I bought this phone for my son to replace his previous Samsung 3 which he lost. He didn't want any other phone. I've used it and considered switching from my iPhone because it's bigger, thinner, and easy to use

I bought this phone for my mother (early 70's) who wanted a Smart Phone. The size and brightness of the screen work for her. However, the interface is not particularly easy for a newbie. In particular, the fact that the [Back] and [Menu] buttons default to being non-visible can be problematic.

This is my 2nd Samsung Smartphone. My 1st phone was the Google Nexus phone by Samsung and it was extremely reliable and durable. This phone is a great improvement over that. Battery life could have been optimized by Samsung

I purchased this phone as an upgrade to my S3. So far it has been good but I miss some of the items I had on my S3 specifically, it was much easier to see when I was using wifi calling.

Great Samsung smart phone. Screen is large enough to easily view & navigate but small enough to comfortably fit in my back pocket.

Is HD screen, nice camera, and with the right apps I can run an office business from the palm of my hand. All google ducs available whenever I need them.

After having the SII I didn't want to have any other smartphone After trying somebody's S4 I wanted one Great performance with other providers

I have had a number of smart phones from Blackberry to Windows Mobile, an iPhone 3G but Android devices won my heart with all the features they have and the new ones they keep adding. The Galaxy S4 is no exception to this, many of the features that Samsung packed into this device you cannot get anywhere else. For example where many phones would rotate the screen based on gyroscopic orientation, this phone will check the orientation of your eyes. So if you are laying down and the phone thinks it is sideways it will still stay upright if you are holding it as such. Also it has a voice assistant that requires only voice to activate. Just say "Hey Galaxy" followed by what you want in pure English, you don't need to practically learn a new language to know what to say to find what you want. When you do buy this phone, call your best friend first and tell them they have some competition for the title.

I'm think this new phone is beautiful. In fact more beautiful than the IPhone. I have to say that your customer service is not knowledgeable about the functionality of the S4 and can not assist with SMS troubleshooting. I spent $886.22 cash and brought a full coverage through Worth Ave. and they will not insure from over $699.00. This phone is over priced for the qualitative and quantitative reason to have the saying, that "beauty is only skin deep"! Once you place a SMS in this GMS phone it will freeze text messages, and won't deliver all of the messages that are sent to me: The phone's functionality with the same SIM card on the S3 works just fine in testing with the stores management. Overall, downgrading is a must for me to have a service plan that I like. I WILL HAVE to wait for the S4 to get the kinxs out of this 4G issue. Sorry guy's/gal's this is still such an issue for you's. KEEP ME POSTED CAUSE IM EXCHANGING THE PHONE FOR A GALAXY S3. EMH

This is a fantastic phone, the programming on this phone is wonderful, dummy proof . My entire family has Samsung Galaxy 3, 4 and 5 but the life companion feature that comes with the 4, I definitely like. The camera and flash is great

One of the best phones I have ever purchased. It can do everything from organization to video calls to even tracking my sleep patterns.

I loved this smartphone, so much better than Iphone 5!
