Great phone for the price. Great camera. Long battery life. Easy to navigate.

I upgraded from a iphone 4 to the Galaxy s4. I love the bigger screen, the call clarity is awesome. Battery life is much better than my iphone. I like how thin the phone is but at the same time wide. I love that it comes in purple. With this type of phone you can customize your apps. I couldn't do that with my iphone. Best buy gave me 38 for my old iphone and the Galaxy was 50.

I use this for business and pleasure. I have to say that I am really pleased so far. They weren't kidding when they said the screen is bigger than an IPhone's, and it's fairly light. I still haven't even began to max out all of the features in this phone, but I am a happy camper. And definitely get a car charger and Otter box with this phone. You'll be thankful you did.

OK, almost everything is great about this phone. too much to list. If you had any of the Galaxy phones previous then you'll love this. It's everything you want and more. So because of that I will spend more time being picky and talking about the couple dislikes. 1. the battery life. I instantly bought extended batt. 2. the physical home button. 1st I keep turning the screen on and hitting emergency call every time I take it out of my pocket. 2nd When using the phone and EVERYTHING else is touch sensor and you slide your finger over to the home. Then realize you have to actually push a button for some reason. 3.the big screen is great. but it goes a little close to the back,menu, and home button especially if you have a cover. Making it hard sometimes to touch the buttons without touching the screen. If you have an app with banners on the bottom. I frequently accidently hit the banner when trying to use menu. That is pretty much it. and being picky. everything else is awesome!

Love this phone! It is easy for newbies and experienced users alike. Large screen to accommodate varying eye sights and different applications. Very easy to use with a "plug & play" mentality. I am able to seamlessly sync my Asus Tablet and Asus Laptop with apps on my Galaxy S4. I love that my phone is allowing me to become more integrated and more social!

This phone is a great value for the money. It is user friendly, great resolution camera, and had excellent sound quality. I love how fast the internet is and the speech to text feature among many other great features. Absolutely love the way it looks and how big the screen is.

After comparing the price to the price on Sprint's website, I decided to purchase my new phone from BestBuy. Not only was the phone cheaper from BestBuy, but the salesman that helped me called Sprint so that I could stay with the same plan. Since purchasing this phone, I have been MORE than happy with the coverage, the ease of use, & the speed.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a smartphone. Easy to use. Screen is large so you can view easily. I was able to download my own ringtones for calls and text messages. I also was able to download all my music from itunes. Great picture quality and sound. I love the phone. It's larger in size than the iphone but well worth it.

This phone was offered in exchange for a defective phone that I had purchased online. This has been an excellent phone with great sound quality, good battery life, and great reception. Very happy with the purchase.

This is the perfect phone The size is perfect, not too big so you don't feel like you are holding a brick and yet big enough that pics and videos are crystal clear. Battery life is really pretty good, with moderate use i still have over 50 percent power after one day. Plenty of storage too and the added 32 gb mini sd card is only a plus

this phone is very fast, loading speeds are minimal with good carrier. air features are amazing and useful. easy to use. I suggest you watch some review videos to find some tips for set ups and learn about some hidden features. its slim design allows for convenient carry and use. I would highly recommend the best buy insurance.

The phone looks good and gets better reception than my old Samsung Galaxy 2. Love the size I can always find it. I can store docuements, pictures and read books on it. it easy to understand how to use for a non-tech grandma. Easy to access the web anywhwere.

Upgraded from a S3. I do like the battery life on this one compared to my old S3. Very nice phone and easy to use

Was a great upgrade for my daughter from her Samsung Replenish. Great photo quality from the camera. It runs all the apps she wants it to run. It also has a fantastic battery life, it can be on for 2 plus days straight before it has to be charged.

Have the phone for about two months now and it's excellent. Everything about the phone is great. The size, weight, screen and battery life so far are great. Love all the great color choices. My phone is purple so I can't mistake it from other people.

So far I really like this phone. The sound quality is really good, it takes great pictures. I had to do some adjusting to maintain the battery life, which I was able to do with a quick Google search. Now the battery life is excellent. On;y had it for a couple weeks so I haven't used it to it's full capability yet.

I actually like this more then the IPhone. Has a bigger screen and excellent streaming with great clarity.

I am really impressed with the phone overall. The text is easy to read the size is just right I thought the larger phone would be harder to handle but the phone is really easy to use. The belt clip case that I purchased is not that much bigger than my Iphone one and the larger size has not been a problem.
