Great phone and awesome color (got the Best Buy Blue)! Love the size and weight. Love the amount of memory available and awesome camera quality. Only issue is programs or apps may delay in transition from one screen to another.

I bought this phone because of good reviews. After a few months it has lived up to its expectations. I have had no real problems. The in call volume could be as little louder, but the speed and picture quality are great.

Was an HTC owner for years but due to lack of support moved to a Samsung. HTC died a few weeks before I could get the S5 but the S4 is super. Updated to 4.4.2 Great screen colors, fast downloads and internet which was slow on my EVO 4g LTE. The S4 is a quality phone that I will be happy to use day in and day out until my next upgrade.

i truly love samsung products. there galaxy collections are the best. who needs apple. the sg4 is easy to use and set up. the better processor is great. the video is great. like i said i cant pick just one thing.

I was scared upgrading to a bit bigger phone them my htc but so far I have loved this phone. It is slim and sleek even with the flip case. the pictures it takes are awesome. I have had no issues with this phone.

I had an HTC EVO Shift 4G prior to this phone. The memory management was terrible, and the battery life got sucked away by the phone constantly cycling. Everything that I hated about that phone is the exact opposite with the Samsung. Memory management is fantastic. New applications and device storage all go onto the SD card. The screen is clear and bright. The battery lasts all day unless I just constantly use the Internet, in which case I have to recharge before the end of the day. Otherwise, I unplug the phone from the wall in the morning, carry and use it all day, and then plug it back in at night. It usually still has 25-45% of the battery left by then. I really like this phone and recommend it to anyone considering a switch.

this phone is a great value for the price there are tons of features that allow you to surf the web without your hands by just using your eyes and by hoovering your hand over the screen to flip through different website pages simultaneously. The battery life is okay if you don't do a lot on your phone during the day but if you are like me and you use it for practically everything from surfing the web for logging on to various web sites thank you will need to charge the phone at least once during the day. Overall the phone is a good value for the price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking to get and sweet and nice looking phone with tons of features that's worth paying the money for it

Phone is great when service is available. The screen size is good. Clarity is good. It's fast. But unfortunately it seems that more often than not I am left without service since I got this phone. Since I travel the highways I need to have reliable service. This is not the case here. In metro areas where you would expect to have full service, I am left with two bars or less and some metro areas with a big "x". Not good. When service is available or connected to wi-fi, the phone is great. Just wish the service was up to par. Would recommend with another service provider.

One thing that's great about samsung phones that use android is that they offer up so many options. Even if you will never use half of the options it is a little bit more of a peace of mind to know that they are there. All in all this is a great phone, although I have my eye on the Nexus 6 now a days!

The phone is so easy to use. The screen is a great size and everything is easy and right at your finger tips. I love how easy it is to use. I am a true Galaxy believer!! What can't this phone do!!

I've had the S2 for the last 2 years. It's been ok for what it is supposed to be used for; calling people. However the battery didn't have much of a life and had to order a MONSTER battery. The S4 seems to last a little longer, but for my Disney trips I will take a backup just in case. I like the picture quality on this phone and the picture options. I love that I can quiet my phone when someone that I don't want to speak to by simply turning it over, so they don't feel rejected. LOL Everything else seems pretty much the same.

The is so great. It's a friendly user even beginners can operate it without problem. Camera is so great, it takes photos clearly. The add oeatures are awesome. The size is just right

This phone is much better than the GTC I had before. I love the size of the screen and the battery life. I can do much more with this phone. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Galaxy definitely got it right with the Galaxy 4. The camera, battery life and sound quality are much improved over the Galaxy 3. The hand motion functionality is awesome.

Excellent phone...very clear tone, vivid big display, easy to use. The only draw back is Sprints new network, Spark. Hopefully they will have kinks worked out soon!

I was an HTC user for a years but have made the switch, I don't know why I waited so long. Better sound, better pictures, better usability, everything is better!

Purchased camera for my daughter, she loves the purple color, the clarity of the pictures, the ability to control her tv with it. She says it easy and fun to use.

Love the phone. I had the s 3 and updated to the s4 during a sale. It is fast charges fast and is up to date. Comes with too many apps is the only downfall.

Love the camera....took a pic of grandson on his bike...was able to crop the pic and just got his face laughing.....it's my homepage. Will take me some time to learn everything,,,there is so much. Daughter showed me how to access things with a voice command....Wow! Liking the Tetris game and a few others. Now I can text....only problem....I have big fingers even using the keyboard sideways. Wish it were a little smaller in size tho....hard to keep in my pocket with the cover on. Not liking that I have to charge the battery almost everyday....guess we should've gotten the S5.

The Galaxy S 4 has a great screen for viewing videos. The camera is also quite nice. Lots of options. You have a large number of applications to choose from.
