At first, this phone was very challenging, but I am getting used to it and finding many fun things to do with it such as texting and e-mailing on the go so I can stay in touch with my friends and family etc. The only thing that I don't like is that I have to charge the phone every day. Other than that,l I'm having fun learning the nuances about the phone

I am retired and resisted upgrading to a smartphone. Finally gave in and was pleasantly surprised! I find new uses for it almost every day!

Phone is perfect size, not too big and not too small. Touchscreen is very responsive. I especially like that I have access to the battwry and can add memory with a micro SD chip.

Phone has low memory and my phone doesn't have much on it.

Phone works great. Great support from Samsung home office and from Best Buy. Samsung rep in the store very helpful for those smartphone owner who's not as smart as there phone.

There is nothing that I don't like...it has super fast downloading of videos, excellent picture quality, fabulous sound..can't ask for anything more! Would highly recommend it!

The graphics are vibrant in color. Using the Samsung Galaxy s5 Smart Phone is not too complicated, even for a novice. I'm really looking forward to learning all of its ins & outs.

Figuring out how to operate all of the features was a little intimidating at first but the folks at BestBuy were so helpful that now I LOVE the phone. It does everything and more.

Nice size. This phone can fix into your pocket or purse without a problem. Lots of nice Samsung features that work well with the Android OS. Easy to navigate and personalize.

I've now had this smartphone for years and it has worked very well. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of newer high-end phones but I don't miss them at all. Overall, a great phone.

Best buy is definitely the one stop shop for everything samsung! The associates and samsung experience consultant were able to show me all the awesome features of the device!

I went from IPHONE to this phone. Really no comparison. This phone does it all. You won't be dissapointed!

Upgraded from s3 to s5, not much of a difference in my uses... some new featuresearch that I like. Such as the health monitor. Little bigger in size. Over all great.phone.

This was a major upgrade from the phone I had, so I really have no complaints so far. It pretty much works and operates as advertised.
