Upgraded from the Note 2. This phone has much better options. Was worried that it would be much bigger, but it isn't that big of a difference.

Very helpful loves how she kept us in touch of the process of our activation and transfering our info from one phone to the other...and smiled seemed like what she did in her job at Best buy

Highly recommend this phone! Was going to get the new Note 4 but this was a much better size for me and with all the benefits of the Note. 4!

This was an easy transition from my HTC EVO phone, and I love the upgraded camera. Still learning some idiosyncrasies, though, like sometimes a touch isn't enough ( or screen just locks up?).

Typical Samsung phone. This version really dumbed down the language of the features, making it more difficult to find settings. They also changed a lot of the options and made it nearly impossible to fine tune the performance of the phone. After having this phone for 3 weeks, the earpiece quit working during the middle of the phone call. I tried troubleshooting on my own, but failed. I took it in to geek squad and they were also unable to fix it. luckily, they were able to replace with a new phone, not refurbished. Having not dropped it and being careful with it since it was brand new, there should not have been a hardware malfunction when I've had for less than a month. This will do, but will probably be my last Samsung phone for a long time. If I could go back, I would probably purchase the LG3 instead.

I have the note 3 and got the s 5 for my son when it was on sale for black Friday. He loves the phone and I think it's really nice too. I may even go for the s 6 when it's time to upgrade.

I would recommend this product to anyone it does everything I need and then some it is nice to be able get my email and takes great picture's

I bought three phone for myself, wife and daughter. So far so good.. a bit of a learning curve when moving from the I- phone to the Android.

Upgraded from S3 to S5. Responsiveness was much better and clarity of photos/video made worth the upgrade.

I've been learning something new about this phone everyday! I guess I'm a slow learner...lol...It has many features that are easy to understand and navigate through. Just a great phone! ☺

I was in need of a new phone. I bought this phone on sale about a month ago for $1.00. I am still finding new things it will do. The pictures that I have printed off of it come out great.

I bought this smart phone for my daughter and she loves it! She always complained about her other phones, but no complaints with this one!

I made the change from iphone to samsung for the variety and difference. I have enjoyed the change and do not regret the decision, so far.

I think the 5S is ok but lacks any difference from other phones

I have been a android galaxy customer since the first Galaxy came out. I finally upgraded on Black Friday and I love my phone new apps, camera great and so much to offer from the phone.

I have really enjoyed this phone. It is big but not too big. It has a lot of great "bells and whistles."

I recently had the Galaxy S3, and upgraded to the S5. I love this phone. The picture, the camera, and the size of the phone attracted me.

Long battery life, great camera, durable, and a lot of fun features. I would definitely recommend it!!

This is my second Samsung phone & I would not consider buying anything else.
