    The phone function has a factory defect and disconnects my calls. The volume didn't work either. This is the second Samsung product I have bought in a month that came with a factory defect. Beware!

    Bought this phone after another family member had a S3 and loved the camera. Also like the look and feel of the S3 and the power (CPU) it had to run all of the games and apps now available. Applications including games look great and run without issue - no problem there. The disappointment comes with the camera. I have been trying to take clear pictures - which was simple on the S3 - without any success. It seems like they went all in on HDR video recording and taking pictures was an after thought. Would not recommend this if you like taking pictures with your phone.

    Phone freezes up frequently and doesn't seem to work as I thought it would. The customer service I received when I purchased the phone was the best customer service I've ever received at best buy.
