I recently upgraded my phone from the stoneage galaxy s2 to the galaxy s5 all i can say is WOW. This phone is awesome very fast and i love the big screen . The battery last so much longer only have to charge my phone once a day. It takes amazing pics and videos and i love the fitness apps and features on it best purchase i have made in a long time

The blue color is gorgeous...so much better than the white I had previously on the s3. I was in LOVE with the s3 and the s5 is even better. Love the screen size. Excellent screen quality and camera takes amazing pictures. How can you NOT love this phone???

This phone is very easy to use. Very intuitive. It was an upgrade from an SG3 which was also easy. No big learning curve and Samsung has built in lots of excellent functions. Seems to be very durable with an excellent battery and fast charging with the supplied USB 3.0 charger/cable.

Even though it's a year old and the S6 has come out, the Galaxy S5 is still awesome. I had to replace aging Galaxy S3, and the S6 was a little outside my price range, even for an upgrade. But the S5 was $1 with a two-year contract, so who was I to argue? The battery life is phenomenal, the camera is fantastic, and the overall feel is miles above what I expected. Highly recommended!

I traded in a NOTE II and I miss my stylus. Other than that the S5 rates a five in all areas. I especially like the water resistant rating and the size. The camera is awesome.

I had spent time researching what phone to get, while I know there are some who would only go Iphone, my allegiance has always been towards android (right, wrong or indifferent). The durability of the phone is great, it is fast, great battery life. The only thing I wish is that the Battery door was better, it is a little flimsy and my 2 year old already ripped one off. Outside of that, I would highly recommend it.

I have had almost all of the Samsung Galaxy S phones, and this is by far my favorite. I love the fingerprint unlock feature, the larger screen (vs S4), the much longer battery life, the faster usb transfer speed, and the lower weight. Also, it's blue, which is a color not available from Verizon directly. It uses a wider charger than the normal micro usb, but it can charge from a micro cable, just more slowly.

Samsung's S5 is an amazing smartphone, with awesome features, including great camera, fast processor, and more. Plus, the S5 allows you to add an SD card for added external memory(something the S6 will NOT allow). For people like me, who store 4,000 songs, it's a necessity! You WON'T go wrong with the S5. I love it. :)

A lot of Android phones are serviceable, but if you want fast, stylish and waterproof you can't find much better than the G5. It's done anything I've asked of it and not once dropped a call or crashed an app or lost any performance yet. We'll see how it goes over another year, but so far so good with no complaints.

We finally made the jump to smart phones for the family and this was a great choice. It's easy to learn and operate and the battery life is very good, only needing a charge every 2 - 3 days with normal use. Slim design and easy controls and a very good camera.

Upgraded my wife's S4...so far she loves it and it's been a reliable handset. Running lollipop is a plus and the larger screen is just right. It's snappy and responsive; and if you don't wanna pay full or contract price for the S6, you're money is definitely well spent here. We got it while it was a penny.

I purchased the Galaxy S5 to replace my 2 year old Motorola Droid. I went in with 3 different types of phones that I wanted to look at; the Galaxy won. It had more features, was easier to use, the camera was better, and I loved the look and feel of it.

The screen for this phone is bigger than my last phone (which was also a Samsung). Much easier to see. Easy to get to learn as it is the same company I have been using. Easier to type a text message.

The Galaxy S5 is easy to use and intuitive. It is large enough to type a text or view a video comfortably - important when you're in your seventh decade! You can read emails or update your status on social media without resorting to reading glasses, yet it is compact enough to carry around in my front pocket. The camera is great, making it easy to shoot, edit and share photos. I'm enjoying this phone enormously.

I got this phone when I switched to Verizon from metro and I couldn't be happier wit my purchase. Phone is fast, has lots of storage, and takes great pictures. Only thing I don't like is all the dumb apps that you can't uninstall.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S5 to replace my Samsung Galaxy S4. I liked my S4, but wanted something a little better. The S5 is MUCH better than the S4 (which was still a decent phone). It's more intuitive and faster. I have only had to reboot it once and the battery life is better than I expected. You can set quick contacts, which saves time.
