This is a great phone, a little large, but over all, awesome look, runs better than the S4 and pic and screen are great. Blows the Iphone away.

So glad I switched back from Apple. Great phone!! Easy to use and view. Has nice features. Battery life is good also. Apple still has more apps, but overall, I am glad I switched back.

this phone has crystal clear sound. the camera quality excellent at 16 megapixel. the size is good for handling and for viewing. has it all phone, camera, internet, and apps. the only drawback is the upgrade price for memory or megabytes. each megabyte upgrade cost 15$ per month.

Great phone and great camera. Battery last for days if on battery saver mode. Great for my wife since she rarely remembers to plug her phone in at night. Great first smart phone.

Love the phone, had a droid razr before and the s5 is 200 times better. great camera, sound and picture quality. Love all the new features such as the heart rate monitor and finger print scanner. Love the screen size. Battery life is amazing considering the size of the phone, I do like the new double charging system helps charge the phone so much faster. Overall this is a GREAT phone and i suggest everyone with an Iphone trade up!!

Seriously Awesome Smart Phone. Water Resistance built in. The user changeable battery is a huge plus in my opinion because in a year or two when every other phones battery starts to underperform, as a Galaxy S5 owner, you can just pop in a brand new Samsung branded on for like 20bucks. Being able to add up to 128GB MicroSD card to increase memory is also too good to pass up (even with newer phones out there, the Galaxy S5 holds its ground because of these upgradeable and user changeable parts)

I waited to get a smartphone, not sure it was worth the money. After all, I have a tablet and PC and a dumb phone; but I'm in love! I got the Samsung cell phone since my tablet was a Samsung and I love that product. When the salesman showed me the Easy Settings mode, I was sold. I can see the icons and read the texts and emails without my reading glasses. I love having access to information and directions (I get lost a lot) whenever and wherever I am. The graphics are clear. I love this phone!

This is my first Samsung and based on experience thus far it won't be my last. Lots of functions and easy to use. Battery lasts all day without functionality suffering.

Got it for a $1 on memorial wknd deal. Works bery well. Also huge plus is the lollipop update. Still little buggy with certain issues but all other functions of phones covers the minor issues with lollipop and assuming software will be updated constantly anyway. Phone itself though is great. Battery life not an issue for me. Id say im an avg user, web browsing, amazon shopping, constant email checking & texting, google maps etc. I charge once and lasts me 3 days.

Great phone, takes great pictures and is very easy to use. I stepped up from the 3 and glad I stayed with Samsung.

I am not one who has to have the latest greatest phone or tablet so when the opportunity arose to get the S5 for $1 for a 2 year committment only a fool would fork out $199 for the S6 or $299 for the S6 Edge for the same 2 year committment. The Verizon Edge plan where you pay 24 equal installments based on full retail price is for idiots who want to upgrade 6 months sooner than me after 75% of the phone is paid off. My $1 S5 is paid off now. Thank You Bestbuy! I love my S5 and it is expandable with SD card where the S6 is not. The only thing I don't like about it is the volume button on the leftside but I have got used to it. i love the way my Samsung phones, tablets and tv interact with each other. All my Samsung products have been purchased at Bestbuy due to the best price, selection and price match guarantee.

I like my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone because it is easy to use and love the larger screen. Just a fun phone to use.

This is an awesome phone. Upgraded from the S3 and the S5 is just way more powerful. It's like having a PC in your pocket. Easy to use and very intuitive.

My daughter had a Galaxy S3, in which she upgraded to an iPhone. When my phone's screen cracked, I ended up using the S3, so I knew some of the features Samsung had. So I waited until it was time for me to upgrade to a new phone. After searching and reviewing various ones, I narrowed it down to either the S5 or an iPhone 6S. I decided to go with the S5. The S5 has many features to yet uncover. The camera itself has so many options that it is hard to choose how to take a picture. That's not a bad thing. One of the best features is the fingerprint scan, which allows you to lock your phone. To access it, you simply scan your finger. This is a lot better than trying to enter a code or swipe a certain pattern. You are able to register 3 prints. Another nice feature is the long lasting battery. When I had the S3 at work, the phone would constantly search for a signal due to the location of my desk inside the building. The battery would last for a few hours before it required a charge. With the S5, the battery would last all day, and only be drained to 50-60%. This, of course, is coming to work with a fully charged battery for both phones. One area for improvement is the sound quality. The S5 still has the speaker in the back and can be accidentally covered with the hand. There should be a foward facing speaker with today's technology.

love it. was my switch from the iphone 5. it took some adjustment for the size, but that was quickly outweighed by the look, easier to read screen, easier to text and call (larger buttons - and I have small hands)

I got the Samsung Galaxy S5 Cell Phone for Verizon Wireless a few months ago. And I love it. Call quality is great. Camera is great. Easy to use.

Would recommend to the first time smartphone user or as an upgrade. Battery life is great compared to my last phone. Picture quality is great.

Love my Samsung. The screen is awesome. Battery is great. It's water/sand proof. The memory capacity is great for large amoumts of storage. Absolutely love the additional (removeable) storage. Pixals are great for my pictures. I have enjoyed this phone and am so glad I continued with Android.

After 2.5 years with my old cell phone, I wanted a new one with great reviews, a bigger face, and a better camera. This phone fit the bill for me.
