Overall good upgrade from the Galaxy 4. Some of the camera features have changed, and they have removed some of the settings that were very useful.

I always thought all phones were mostly the same but boy was I wrong. I hear calls better, I don't accidentally hang up on people (with my face), and that's not even going into the phone's actual features. I love that it's waterproof which brings up the only thing I don't like... it's hard to get to charge port cover off, it's locked tight. I haven't had the phone for that long, I but I feel like I find something new everyday that I like. It's easy to use, though there's no real manual there's tons of places from Best Buy to on-line places for help and tips. Milk Music rocks!

love my new phone. camera is awesome too. storage is better. only complaint is i lost my ringtones when I took my sim card out to make a copy of a picture. Disappointed i lost special ringtones...

I love the Galaxy S5. I recently upgraded to it from an S3 and I'm so glad I did. I am a heavy phone user (lots of apps and games) and I can make it all day without having to run for my charger.

Versatile, fast, customizable, this is a definite upgrade from my iPhone 4 and Galaxy S3. Kudos also to Verizon for offering it with a SIM card and unlocked, as I am overseas constantly and now do not have to carry multiple phones. The camera could be much better, but it works, other than the annoyance of taking a picture when inadvertently pushing a volume button, usually when turning the camera horizontally. The screen lock/blackout button also is located where it is easy to inadvertently push it, requiring a screen unlock if you have it set for that. These points are relatively minor. This is a phone I can see using for quite a while unless something unforeseen happens to it.
