great phone, just wish the battery lasted longer

I really don't have any complaints about this phone except for the battery life. I mean, I know it's a smart phone, so it won't last forever, but I'd like to be able to not have to worry about plugging in my phone in the middle of the day, it should at least last until dinnertime!!!!

The finer print scanner kinda sucks. It's way hard to use, along with the fact that there isn't much storage room. You can use a SD card but that's just kinda a pain.

great design, but with software issues

Unfortunately, the software has generated some issues with rapid battery drain and overheating. Just had the phone replaced by Verizon with a same model device. I'm going to wait and see if the phone performs better with the Android 4.4 before accepting the update to 5.0. Hopefully Google, Verizon and Samsung will get this bug figured out. If not, I just might have to go the iPhone 6 route.

Sometimes seems a bit glitchy when it is in regular battery saver mode but I don't tend to turn it off regularly and I was told that could be part of the problem. Overall love the phone.
