I now can get reception in my house with this phone

Haven't found much I don't like yet... still exploring.

I had the Ody 3 and what an improvement this one is!

Use too much of the battery very quickly. It's ok .

wish I had better directions regarding all features.

I love everything about this phone. It's bigger than my last phone, and I thought I wouldn't like the size, but it's actually better. The keyboard is bigger so it's easier to type without making mistakes, and I can see it without squinting. The camera takes great shots, and can do so much more than my old Stellar. The sound quality is also much better. On my old phone, I could barely hear anyone. I tried many different headsets, and still had poor sound quality. With this phone, I don't even need a headset. There are so many useful features on this phone. So glad I finally upgraded.

I changed from being an iPhone user for 5 years and it is the best decision I have ever made for a phone. LOVE this phone

I've used nothing but Motorola's since 1998, but when my Razr Maxx started acting up and was due for an upgrade, I checked out 4 phones and liked the Samsung Galaxy S5 best, although its build quality (plastic) compared to Motorola, Apple and HTC (metal, Kevlar and glass) was almost a deal breaker! Took a chance with Samsung (as I own a HDTV and Tablet by them) and don't regret my purchase, it's superfast, has a wonderful screen, best cell phone camera I've ever used and has a very good battery life! And its water resistant, what more can you ask for (maybe an metal build for the S6).

The phone heats up when its not being used. Some days the battery life is good and some, not so great and there is no real reason as to why because usage isn't the reason. The charger that comes with the phone just stopped working out of the blue. When I connect it, the phone tells me that I need to connect the original charger. The sound could be much better especially on a bigger device such as this one. All that said, I love the features that are on the phone but I suggest investing in a spare battery.
