this phone is pretty good. it has a good memory and lots of features. Sometimes it is difficult to use just one hand. this is more of a 2-hands phone. The main frustration is that sometimes it is difficult for people to hear me. I contacted Verizon and apparently some programs interfere with the microphone, so I have to take out the battery and put it back in. A slight inconvenience.

The phone itself is a great phone, i'm just not very tech savvy so I am struggling to use all the great features.

I was amazed with the quick charge feature and battery life. The apps come up very quickly and the web pages load fast. The camera has a multi burst feature that allows the photographer to shoot multiple pics in rapid succession and then pick the best one! The smart remote is really handy if you're stuck in the same tv watching routine, it recommends programs for you similar to the ones you like and then... It tells you when they're on! Over all I am REALLY satisfied with my purchase

I don't believe you could get a better smart phone! As far as smart phones go, it does everything. Great screen and sound. Easy to use and fast. I've had no problems with this phone and no regrets from the purchase. We also have an Apple iPhone 5 and an Apple iPhone 5s. Both of these are great phones too, but when compared to this Galaxy S5, they come up just short IMHO. This phone is fast and has just as many options, but it's the screen size and clarity that I love over the iPhones.

Great phone for anyone looking for a basic smartphone with nothing fancy. Battery life was decent when I first got phone and then began to lose battery faster and faster as the weeks went on. The battery lasts through the day which is what I expect from a phone of this type. No major complaints but nothing special.

I upgraded from my Motorola Razor Maxx and am very happy with my choice. I debated between this and the iPhone and am glad I stayed with the Android OS. The display is large and the features are rich, the phone is ten times better than the Motorola as well as the text features. Battery life is good, when you start to change certain settings the battery life is short, keep it simple. I like that the battery is removable and that there are many cases and skins available for it. After suffering with my Razor Maxx with its constant lockups, this was like a breath of fresh air.

at first I had problems with the phone getting way to hot and not holding a charge but changed it and love it

Terriffic phone, still learning all of it"s capabilities. Also use as a hotspot with verison. Easy to setup, great connection to my tablet or computer.

The Galaxy S5 is the best phone I've ever owned. It's simple to use and customizable to whatever works for you. Every app I've tested runs quickly and smoothly. A great phone for anyone looking to upgrade.

it is a great phone and being a long time Iphone user is the hardest part of switching over. voice to text is horrible though not like iPhone. iPhone was spot on. Samsung and other various aps to do voice texting is sometimes 60-70% at best . the phone is great sized but hard to use one handed. phone is user friendly after you get "deprogrammed" from being an apple person. Battery life is excellent. in closing: The good: battery life, options on phone, camera, video, expandable memory, THE BAD: voice texting sucks. hardly gets the words right. Texting words by hand also is hit or miss, ( it allows you to type anything you want, spelled right or wrong, where Iphone would restrict incorrect wording
