My husband had the S3, the S4 and now the S5! He loves the phone. Great clarity and very fast speed.

I really like the new Samsung Galaxy S5 phone which I upgraded from the Galaxy S3. I was very satisfied with the old phone so this wasn't a necessity to upgrade but I'm glad I did. The screen is much crisper and easy to read/look at. The new screen size lets you add more apps/widgets to it. The new widgets are much improved. The phone charges very fast and lasts a long time. The sound is louder and the screen can be seen better in direct sunlight. I like the fact that the phone is water resistant. Having room for a memory card is also a big feature and the android system is a lot more user friendly and intuitive if you ask me. The big screen is also a huge seller point for older eyes as compared to apple products. The best way to sell it is to get some hands on time with it for yourself.

I like it a little better than the s6 still. Longer battery life, and not fixed battery is nice.

Lots of bells and whistles with ease of use. Had Samsung 3 and upgraded to 5 and glad I did. Would recommend. Need to learn how to use different features, but overall happy with phone.

Samsung is an easy cell phone to manage. Provide a lot of helpful hints of features on the phone.

Up graded from a s3 which i absolutely loved, but don't know how i ever functioned without a phone like the s5. Samsung is holding up to their slogan. This really is the next big thing

I love the exclusive blue Samsung Galaxy 5 blue. I pared it with a purple case and it looks so cool. The camera takes great pictures.

Having had a lot of cell phones, this is by far the best one yet. Did research to make sure the battery was powerful enough to last thru the day, unlike my old ones! Love this phone!

Has many nice features and is easy to use. Pretty durable and being water resistant is nice.

The screen quality is absolutely amazing. Also, it's quite large, but not too large for me. It makes media and apps look so much better. I have never personally seen a camera so good on a smartphone. It's fast and responsive as you'd expect for a high-end phone. It comes with a load of features that anybody could personalize and make use of. The only thing is, I wish the battery life was better, but I can't say it's worse than I'd expect. It still lasts longer than my old phone (which was another high-end phone).

Great except for two things (common digital phone issues)...very big and draws battery fast.

I love the phone and how easy it is to use, however, I'm disappointed in the camera. Still shots are awesome but action shots are blurry no matter how hard I try to hold it still. I wish it had a faster shutter speed.

I liked the price of $1 that is why I have the phone.

I had a great buying experience. Richie the phone specialist who was helping me was very knowledgeable, yet normal. He knew his stuff that made me decide between the 2 phones I was considering. I mentioned to him I came to best buy because I did not like the pushy attitude I got from Verizon wireless sales associates. This was the 1st time I bought a phone and renewed my cell phone plan other than threw the carrier of my cell phone plan. I will most likely do this in the future. Richie and his coworkers are great and well rounded salesmen, not commission crazed workers. I will be shopping at the Cranberry Township, PA Best Buy again.

This phone was my spouse's first smart phone. She has found it to be very user friendly and has been able to learn how to use it to her satisfaction with minimal frustration.

Sure, the Galaxy lacks the luxurious feel of an iPhone, but the bottom line is that it does the job it is expected to do and it does it well. Calls are crystal clear, the screen is beautiful, the Android OS is great and all the apps I really need are available on the Play store. Yes, the casing gives it a bit of a cheap/flimsy look and feel, but 99% of us will put a case over it anyway. The only other thing I will complain about is that the camera seems a bit slow to me. So if you take a ton of pics with your phone, take that into account. It's not woefully slow but that split second can make a difference in some scenarios.
