So far the best smartphone I've had. Good battery life and an excellent camera.

I use to have nothing but Motorola phones. I now have 2 Samsung Galaxy 5's and one Galaxy 4. Samsung makes a great smartphone. It is very easy to use and takes fantastic photos and video. My family and I are very pleased with our decision to switch to Samsung Galaxy smartphones. I highly recommend Samsung products.

I upgraded from the S3 and I love the new features and bigger screen. The faster processor is a big bonus also.

Samsung 5s is an awesome phone! Battery life is good for a smartphone better then the 4s. The camera on this phone is Amazing!! Call quality is superb, and the screen size and picture quality is the bomb!! Would recommend this phone to everyone.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is the best phone I have had so far. It has a big screen without being such a big phone I can't tuck it easily into a small purse or pocket. I love the graphic, fluid designs on the wall paper and saver screens. Takes great pictures. It is easy to get started using it. Long battery life.

Love this phone. A little complicated to use but has great features. With the exception of some mis-information at the time I bought the phones, this was a good experience. I was advised at the time of purchase that my new Verizon plan would not start until I activated the new Samsung phones by inserting the battery. My ATT contract was not up until January 21st, so I was going to wait until later to switch services. As soon as I gave my phone numbers to the Best Buy associate, my telephone numbers were ported from ATT to Verizon and I lost service on my existing phones. This has cost me quite a bit in termination fees from ATT. Other than that, everything was good.

I love the new phone, layout, design, features, everything is perfect.

Although my first S5 had issues from the moment I turned it on (connect/disconnect from wireless constantly, kept freezing, no settings would change) I switched it out with another one a couple days later and I haven't had an issue since. It's easy to use. The only thing I haven't liked is that they took the menu button away and replaced it with the task manager. Although you can change a setting where a long hold on the button will bring up the menu.

Great phone, perfect size, clear screen, fast processor, super camera and expandable memory, all very unlike any Apple products I have used in the past. Was not told by BestBuy staff we would be paying an "Upgrade Fee" when we bought the phone. Shocker!!! Overall great experience even on Black Friday!

I reluctantly switched from and iPhone 5 to the Galaxy S5 and I could not be happier. Are you tired of Apple limiting your mobile experience, tired of having to charge your phone by mid-day, and ready for amazing pictures? I promise the Galaxy S5 will not leave you waiting for the "next best thing."

I upgraded from my Droid 4 and have been in love ever since. It is everything you want in a smartphone and more. I set it up and customized it in under 30 min. I thought the screen might be too big but I have not had any issues with that. In fact it was a good thing because switching from a physical keyboard for the last 6 years to an on screen one has been a bit of a learning curve. The fact that it came with great ear-buds was a plus for me. The battery life is phenomenal considering I have to have the wifi on 24/7 since I live in the boonies. I have yet to see it past 30% and that was full use for a 16 hr day (talk/text/internet/games/GPS). The only negative is that it is an upgraded charger so your old chargers won't work with it (which is fine with me considering how much faster it charges anyway)

This phone is great for taking pictures. The battery life is awesome. I love the new feature called reactivation lock, that adds extra security. I'm glad I don't have to worry about getting my phone wet with the new sealing back cover.

Have had this phone for a little over a month and love it. Purchased for $1.00 w/a 2 year Verizon commitment as an upgrade from a Galaxy S III which was having issues downloading my emails very slowly. Emails with the S5 download right away. The battery life is great. I'm getting at least 48 hours of normal use between charges, and the charger that came with the phone charges it in about 90 mins. I would definitely recommend this phone.

Love the new features and design on the S5. Design and construction seems rugged yet comfortably sized.

Love this Galaxy S5! It has everything I wanted and many things I didn't even know it had. Still learning about all the great features and available apps, though, because nothing comes with an instruction book anymore. It's pretty self-explanatory or ask any Best Buy associate for assistance.
