I love this phone. It is fast and the screen colors are bright. It is easy to use and I love the size. Just right! The Samsung rep at Best Buy showed me all the cool features and I am thrilled with my phone

This phone is very user friendly. I went from my galaxy 3 to the 5. The fingerprint is great to protect your privacy in this day and time. I go for my walk in the morning check my heart rate first and then when I come back. It is a great phone I love it!

Fast phone, had no problems. Light phone with a good camera. I would recommend

Only 2 weeks in on new device but so far it's my favorite phone I have ever owned. The visuals are so crisp. The transition to the new phone was easy to navigate through. The downfall I have is the durability. Besides paying $200 for the phone I also needed to buy a $90 protection case? Whats wrong with that picture?

I was always a big Motorola owner, but now that I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 I will probably never go back to Motorola. This phone has been the best I have owned to date. I really love that you can disable applications that you don't ever use.

Love, Love my Galaxy s 5 have it for 1 month and no problems or drop calls..I was reluctant to sign up with Verizon had it 6 years ago and many dropped calls..but now it is so much better am still exploring all the options on phone but love it !!

This is a SMART phone. I love the size, and the ease of use it provides. Pictures taken with it are high quality and videos stream well. I love everything about it!

I am impressed with the screen visibility and clear picture quality of the Samsung 5. I'm having some problem with answering calls, it doesn't slide when I touch to answer and I end up missing calls.

Other than replacing the battery (after 3+ years) this phone has worked very well. Only complaint is that Verizon stopped upgrades after Android 6.0.1. That's something to consider when buying any phone through a carrier; next time I'll buy a Google phone (such as Nexus & Pixel phones) since those get monthly security updates and at least 2 complete updates (e.g. from Android 6 to 7 to 8).

Don't think this is only for young adults. The photos spectacular, phone numbers easy to read and type. Plus all the cool apps. Used the bar scanner to download a video on installing a patio door right to my phone. Again, adults will love this

Compared Galaxy 5 to iPhone and decided on the Galaxy because of the larger screen and many other features.

Going from an older Razr MAXX I was concerned about battery life... No issues what so ever. A few mid day charges to get me through the night. But the thing charges very fast. Display is incredible.

Generally- it is everything I expected. I replaced an older android phone with this, and I am not disappointed. Fingerprint recognition does not work well for me. Battery life meter is not linear. bottom 50% goes much faster than top 50%. Battery life is good. An anti-glare screen cover is almost an essential as the glass is very reflective. Graphics are good, but overall size is really big. Overall - I like it, and I am glad I choose this over the S4.

I am not impressed with this phone, I thought it would be better than my old iphone 4, I like the size for reading it easier but am not finding it user friendly. It dies all day long, keeps turning on even when i have it off by side button, items on screen are too sensitive so they move around without me wanting them to :( screen freezes a LOT thought it would be as good as an iphone & ipad together, NOT :( wishing I had tried the newer iPhone instead...

Very nice phone. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

Constantly amazed at what this machine can do. Learning more about it every day. I loved my old phone and wasn't at all looking forward to the new one ... but the charging port finally gave out. Now I understand ... this is better. Amazing.

I would highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy 5. It has been a learning curve from my old flip phone - and I am still learning everyday what the phone is capable.

Wife had to choose the blue and experienced the black screen of death within 1 month of purchasing this phone. BB was unable to help at all and had to send it out to Samsung which took over a week to get back. The rating is more on the overall experience and support with BB than the device itself. Apparently to have it replaced at BB you need thier service plan which we were never offered so ask about it in case even if the phone is $1.

This is one of the better phones i have owned. I love the display and the water resistance of the device
