Frustrated with my Iphone 4S and was excited about the next gen technology. Disappointed that it is really not much different than my old 4S. Larger screen is good and camera resolution is good but it always takes out of focus pictures. Autofocus is finicky. Hate that all the new apps only function when you give up all privacy rights. A subset of their functionality without broadcasting all of my personal information would suit my needs. Isn't easy to seamlessly integrate into outlook apps that I have found. Also when you hang up from a call it takes like 5 seconds before you can place another call, seems like an eternity. Oh and the phone comes loaded up with soooo much advertising from Verizon, Samsung, ... that the media service kills the battery in 4 hours. Took a full day to clean off all the preinstalled junk, now the battery lasts almost a day. The phone has so much potential but just fell short in implementation.

Converting from essentially a life-long blackberry use to this phone was not as intimidating as anticipated. Has much more capabilities than i have yet to master; allows for ongoing exploration. Can't get bored with it.

Had figured that she'd complain about the smart phone functions after convincing her of it's value but she loves it! Now we have a Bluetooth stereo receiver in her Jeep and she can talk and drive hands free! It also helps here look up information on the go! The camera is great!

When I use speaker phone, the person on the other end can barely hear me and I can barely hear them. Other than that and the short battery life, this is an awesome phone. I switched from my iPhone 5S to this phone.

this phone is just what I need. I can easily navigate from screens to functions to etc. It has all of the information and apps that I need.

Easy to use, nice size screen for older adults!!!!

I upgraded from a Blackberry with a 2 inch screen and the difference is amazing. The apps are easy to organize and disable if you do not want them running in the background. The speaker quality is not the greatest, I expected better sound quality for the price of this phone.

This phone has a great screen, lots of features, and it's very compatible with samsung line of smart tvs. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking to purchase a new phone . Only complaint I have is the speaker placement on the back, tho I am used to a bottom placement

I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy SIII, so this phone is everything I expected. I'm still learning some things on it, but this phone has a lot of really cool features.

Everything about this phone is an improvement over the GS3 that I previously owned. The battery life is the most impressive though. I can use it all day and still have over 50% battery when I get home, whereas my GS3 would be dead/on life support before the end of the day.

Way better than my Droid Razor Maxx which was so outdated. The battery life is awesome!

I absolutely love my new phone! Definitely the new craze and thr hype about being waterproof is for sure true! Especially since my 1yr. Old decided to throw it in the bathtub. . And it didn't glitch or anything!

Nice phone. Still learning some ot the freatures of the phone, but overall I like it.

currently have the s4, my girlfriend had the s3 and was put through alot of wear and tear(the s3 to be clear), brought her over to verizon switching from tmobile, she loves the phone, not eligible for an upgrade til spring next year, but looking forward to upgrading

One of the better phones I have had over the years, I like the size, the only thing I don't care for is the battery charging compartment.. Difficult for me to open. Camera takes Really good pictures and video.

I have had Samsung Galaxy 3 and I love the new Galaxy 5. The camera takes amazing photo's love the size of the screen, fonts and the ease of using! Many great options and my son also has one and we love our phones! Love that its water proof too just incase it gets wet!

I love this phone! The camera quality is great. Pictures come out crisp and bright.

My phone so far has been amazing. My only issue was actually with the Augusta,GA store I got the phone at. I was told I qualified for a credit on my bill only to find out much later that i in fact did not. So far no sufficient response from store management at all.

This is my first Galaxy S series phone, but I can see what all the hype is about. Leaves the iphone in the dust.
