This is a rugged and well built phone. I love the red color which is exclusive to best buy. Removable battery is a plus.

Fortunately, all my family members have this same phone and I have seen them in action using it for everything. My wife especially enjoys the ease of using it and she no longer has issues she had with her I-Phone (she could barely hear when speaking on it) I had the same problem as well, but my new Galaxy has no problems and size is nice!

The processor it's faster than the S4. It comes with a shock proof glass screen very resistant.

Love this phone, its stylish and sleek, wish you had case and screen to fit.

ive been using HTC phones but the last 3 phones have had issues. when i went in for the 4th time in less than 6 months to have my phone replaced yet again the geek squad said it would be a 10 day wait. i dont have a landline and cannot be without a phone for 10 days. because i purchased the original phone and we have insurance not only through sprint but also through best buy i shouldnt be recieving refurbished phones as replacement phones. i should have the option of a different phone equivalent to what i purchased free of charge. instead i was forced into having to lease a phone. thats how i ended up with the samsung. it was either that or start over with a new operating system, with the iphone. overall i like the samsung but dont like how i ended up with it.

I went from the S2 to this. the S2 swype was much more accurate. I also don't care for the auto correct feature. It is less accurate than the S2 and you don't get all the options for possible word choices. I do like all of the features it offers though.

I like the S5 features, but the sales person told us this phone was more rugged than a typical phone. The first time it dropped the entire screen shattered. When we got it there were no protective cases available, thankfully they are out now.

I bought this phone for my husband for Xmas the volume button is broken already. But Best Buy couldn't locate my insurance I purchased so my husband had to return with the receipt to show proof. Wtf ???

I love the S5 Sport - it has fitness apps that help to keep me aware of the activity I do during the day. It also has a personal trainer app that alerts me with encouragements when I have been more active than usual.

The phones is great except for the cover where I insert the charger, is so hard that every time I have to use. something like a credit card so I could be able to open it
