So far I've had this phone a little over a month and I can say I've had zero issues. The phone is super fast in all daily routines including face unlock, which I prefer to the fingerprint. Camera is excellent and a welcomed upgrade over the so so pictures on my Note 9. I usually skip the Galaxy S line and wait for the Note, but this is one time I can say I'm glad I purchased. The extra real estate over the S10+ is welcomed as the phone is the perfect width to hold and function with one hand. At first I was disappointed that there was no SD card slot, but with using Google Photos, I don't miss it now. The heart rate sensor etc is missing from this phone, but when paired with my Galaxy Watch it more than makes up for it. Battery life is great can make it the whole day and still have 40%+ charge left. This phone is definitely one that will be good for at least the next 2 years.

I bought this phone in the BOGO offer from Verizon, but I'll happily share that this phone is off the chart. I had a Galaxy S10+ for a week or so, and while I was pleased with it, I was mildly disappointed by the occasional heat emitted and by the shorter-than-anticipated battery life. So, I decided to pre-order this phone, and I have experienced neither of those two issues. This phone FLIES. There is no delay in anything you do. The camera is second to none. My kids love the AR Emoji stuff, and I love the bokeh effect on the "live video" and "live photo" modes. Simply amazing. The screen is huge and the battery life gets me through an entire day, and I purposely only charge to 80%. My only knock on this is that you have to push down on the screen a little harder than I care for to get the fingerprint sensor on the screen to do its thing, but the facial recognition does a great job and more than makes up for it. Yes, the phone is pricey, and it's hard to say that it'll ever be a great "value," but it hits all of my check boxes. No, I said nothing about 5G. I live about 50 miles north of Atlanta, and I think I'll be lucky to ever see 5G in this phone's life; so I can't report anything on that feature.

OnLine order was used to purchase this phone and plan and sent to 10 states over......and picked up with no ID and BestBuy doesnt seent to want to help this !!!! Purchase on my Best Buy Account and CARD andf they cant tell me the details WOW BEST BUY
