Phone comes with improvements from previous model (was using S8) in regards to storage, speed, versatility. Not an overall "wowed" (but I guess there is not much else to add to a phone by now) and the fingerprint feature still needs some improvement (I agree with other reviewers as it is still kind of hard to press for use, like "rudimentary") but overall the phone, in my opinion, still being the best for water submersion and has an expandable memory which makes it more valuable than other manufacturers' phones. That is why my rating is the highest.

Not sure how much of an upgrade this is from the S9+, but it's definitely a nice upgrade from the S8+ that's just now starting to show its age. Phenomenal battery life, amazing screen (still adjusting to the home punch for the front cameras). The in screen fingerprint reader works the first time about 80% of the time but that can be helped out by registering the same fingerprint as a "new fingerprint". It's nice being able to use the phone to wirelessly charge my earbuds or watch. Overall, I have no buyer's remorse for this purchase.

Upgraded from a note 8 to the S10+, camera is amazing on the great display. Much faster than my note with significantly longer battery life.

This is the best Samsung phone I've owned ever. The phone is able to take overall better photos it's faster, battery life is much better.

My son loves the size of the phone and the screen. Also, it has lots of storage and the processor is super fast with no lag.

I love it. This was an upgrade from my galaxy s7 so pretty much anything is an improvement. I love the camera! Very sharp and vivid imagery. I like the size of the s10+ but it is much bigger than I'm used to so that's an adjustment. I have an otterbox clear case on it but I'm not convinced it'll truly protect my phone. I haven't dropped it yet though. Get a popsocket, that will help with grip. The software isn't really much of an improvement though so hopefully we start seeing something new in that arena.

So far so great! This phone has it all. Speed, screen, looks, improved camera(s) and the new one UI makes using the phone easier.

Moved from a Samsung S9 and the battery difference is amazing. The screen is wonderful and the phone is fast, very fast.

Being a die-hard Apple and iPhone fan, I made the switch to Samsung and pleasantly pleased. The 10+ is IMJ lightning fast, badass cameras front and back, and the ability to add more memory is a huge plus!!! The switch to the 10+ from my iPhone has been fairly easy.

The new S10plus is just right. Battery is at 70% by end of the day, After a lot of use. Emails, texts and lots of youtube for music. Fyi, You get a YEAR of free youtube premium with purchase. Only bad is that the phone scratches very easily. So buy a screen protector on day one!!!! Have bestbuy install the screen protector too. Old S7edge was getting slow and battery was on lasting me half a day. This is a wayyy better phone than my last. Camera is top notch too.

Im a long time iPhone user. But have not switched phones since the iPhone 8 plus. I just didn't see anything their from Apple the made me want the new device. When I saw the new Galaxy S10+ and all the new features it packed including new overall design I knew I was switching. After 1 day with the phone I never once missed my iPhone and made a great decision. Added bonus free Galaxy buds and Sirius XM equals best phone purchase and transaction experience ever with Best Buy.

So far love this phone! Very clear screen, good size -- not too big, not too small. Easy to use and customize.

This year Samsung phones are excellent from speed to brilliant camera photos plus excellent battery life.

User friendly. Takes beautiful pictures. Has enough storage. Is fast. Takes little time to set up.

Had a couple of Samsung Galaxy phones over the years and they were very good. For some reason I tried a different brand last year. Just wasn't the same. I came back to the Galaxy 10+ and was amazed at how nice it was. Plenty of features, awesome screen and blinding speed. The biometrics of this phone are so easy to use, it only takers a split second to unlock. Hope to have this phone for many years!

This Samsung 10+ is easy to hold and operate. I like the upgrades, such as more space, three cameras and the clarity of pictures taken with this camera. Best pics ever! It charges really fast and is light weight, so that there isn't any pressure on wrist while holding and texting with one hand. Never disappointed with the Samsung phones.
