Galaxy S10+ 1TB (Unlocked) is just a $1695.99 paperweight. It keep dropping call on the network and on Wi-Fi calling. App keep freeze up and it over heat because the data not there but you have full bar. When it charging it overheat and trying to connect it overheats. One of the worst phone that Samsung made. Note 7 was even better. I never got my $50 early promotion that promised. They are refusing to take it back because it over 14 day of buying it. Because they tell you to wait for update in the begin

It is constantly roaming which causes the phone to heat up and drain the battery rapidly even in areas where my old S8+ worked fine. Takes forever to send messages with pictures even on wifi. Sorry I upgraded. Even the mobile agent at my store just says its on the right settings, oh well.

Mobile data didn't work

Sprint said there is a known issue and sent me a used phone for my brand new phone. That one did not work either. I ended up dropping Sprint and Samsung for a Google Pixel 3XL on Verizon. Now I have a phone and service that works. Very poor customer service on Sprints part and it cost me a lot of money.
